I just got off the phone with my cousin in New Jersey. We were talking about the trip I am planning to take there at the end of June or July. We started talking about M.U.S.C.L.E.s, and he told me he still had some from when he was a kid. We both lived there in Jersey not too far from each other back in the day and used to play with his flesh M.U.S.C.L.E.s all the time. That's all we had were fleshies, actually they were all his and I just loved playing with them, which is how I was introduced to M.U.S.C.L.E.s.
Anyways, I asked him if he had any colored figures and he said yes! Turns out he had kept his colored M.U.S.C.L.E.s from his 4-Packs and 10-Packs that he bought later and still had the old fleshies too. I asked him to check to see which ones he had and in which colors, since I am always on the lookout for colored figures that I don't have.
What he said next nearly floored me. He said something like, "I have this pyramid one in blue and this other one in some other color, and a hand one with a face in purple..." I was like, "WHAT!? A HAND IN PURPLE!!!" He said yes. Holy crap! He has a Purple Hand!
Here's the best part. He is going to send me all his figures for free! He was happy to hear me so excited about the figures. He said he really has no use for them anymore and is going to mail them sometime next week. I am shocked and amazed. My cousin had one this whole time! The thing is though, I already have one. I hope it is in good condition, I forgot to ask him how it looks. I guess I'll find out soon!
