It says something about his charisma that being a fairly obvious fairy doesn't make him a whipping post for the fans of the series, and the 'hug' pose just makes him that much more creepy and scary.

He doesn't just want to fight you, but other things beginning with the same letter as fight as well.

I think, i think, i think that the Pirate Lion is by a long way the best of the SDBBs i have seen. His head is well sculpted and he has a nice little curly barnet.

I did not vote for he however. I voted for the Ultimate Muscle Mars Man. I like lot's of things about him. He has cool googles for a start and has the whole ziggy stardust face paint thing going on. His costume is crazy flamboyant and he would make a great dance partner for Dik Dik.

Most of the SDBBs are pretty terrible, but i feel the same way about a lot of the Ultimate Muscle line. The only possible voting criteria i could use here is, out of these two figures, which is the only one i'd bother to put on a shelf instead of in a box? And thus my vote goes to SD Pirate Lion.

I hate Mars! He has just as many figures in the UM micro set as Mantaro. There are way better characters that could have been represented. But I digress. I'd prefer to display him over the Lion only because Muscle stuff has priority in my collections. But I do like the Lion better. I guess it's a completest and organizational thing.

I went with Mars on this one. I have to be honest, I have not been impressed by any of the sd figures. I dont like the kinniku ones either so its not like Im voting on favorite line. I agree with Veers that the UM line's poses are what made them fail in my eyes, there are only a select few who like they are actually fighters, but I disagree with this figure, I can see playablility in this one.

As of right now, it is 11/5 Pirate lion being on top, yet most of the comments are for the UM, I think Whiteleo is making dupe accounts to vite for his favorite hahahahha. j/k.

Although I generally don't like the SDBBs, this is actually kind of a cool one. Rather, the head sculpt is pretty cool, the rest of him is meh.

I've never liked Mars very much. His costume is just a tad too effeminate. In the cartoon he's not all that bad because he has bulky muscles. But this figure is a wimp. Pirate Lion gets my vote this time!

SDBBs don't look very good, but he's better than poor, poor Mars. Mars and Jade are pretty much the low points in UM designs. Jade would've been all right if he had a more typical name, like "Bikesafetyman," or "wannabeskaterman," or "X-trememan."

For me it came down to Mars awesome hat or Pirate Lions delightfull curly hair, I went with the hat. My man Mars for the Victory!

Really like the Pirate Lion SDBB. He can totally shank Mars.
