Each morning I'll try and list a new game. The board will be given ~24 hours to vote for the winner.

The question for this tournament is, "Which is the overall better figure?"

Note: This tournament features many different types of figures, please consider the entirety of a figure (sculpt, detailing, materials, originality, etc.) when voting. Additionally we ask for understanding with the lack of consistent pictures. Do not dismiss a figure because of a poor picture. Please feel free to post a better picture of the figure you selected.

Gave a vote to Boba Fett

I think I just voted character on this one, I think they are both slick sculpts, both suffer the same problem as so many of thier bros and sisses do (the poopy stance for SW and the stupid face for TF), and honestly I wouldn't care to have either one on my shelf. So as a tiebreaker I just went w/ the Fett because MC Chris doesn't have a song about Blaster that I've ever heard.

I went with Boba, its probably one of the best paint aps in the whole line, plus overall pretty cool figure. Blaster is kind of cool too though. I really like his pose. I think this one will be close.

It's hard to overlook the character design on these figures. Boba Fett has an awesome character design. If he didn't, millions of kids wouldn't have been obsessed with him. Blaster looks both dated and like a Disney-version of Soundwave. On that alone, Fett will probably get most of the votes.

I do want to mention their stances. While SW figures have taken a hit for their poo-like stance it does make it easier for little hands. Lil' Veers seems to prefer the figures with this neutral stance – mainly because he will use the figure as a handle, and pretend their blaster is his blaster. This works especially well with the Clonetrooper loser of the last round.

Some of these figures have moveable hands, arms, weapons, etc. and this tends to be a frustration for him. For example, Farm-boy Luke and Obi-Wan have lightsabers that twirl in the hands. When he starts banging them together or against Darth they spin out of place and he gets frustrated. Darth's almost immovable hand and weapon are perfect because they allow for incredibly rough toddler play (the target audience...at least at one time). The moving of arms also can throw the figure out of balance and make them tough for a little kid to stand up.

I went Blaster. I just think that toy and stance screams his personality--ready to fight, but with a grin on his face.

I have to vote for fett by default. Blaster is one of my favorite Autobots, and this stance just isn't him to me. Fett is clean though.

I have to give this to the SW line. They are pretty consistent on the stances of the characters, where as with the TF line some characters stand out more than others, and everyone seems to have their own pose. There really isn't going to be much issue with the Star Wars figs not fitting in with the rest of the lines figures. Too bad the poses are just so bland.

I voted Blaster. I like his coloration, and his stupid grin. Fett's stance, just like all the other SW figs, turns me right off.

I went with blaster for two reasons. I enjoy the character more, and while the Boba Fett has a better paint job/more detail, I hate how he's trying to give you a hug.

no more hugs!!! my grandma used to have a little statue that said "i wuv you this much" and all of these star wars figs have that same pose. blaster looks cool. he gets my vote. i guess i don't have a boba fetish like all the star wars nerds. i don't get it, he's pretty cool compared to about 99% of the rest of the star wars characters, but in the grand scheme of things he's pretty average.

Super tuff , i went for Blaster .
Boba Fett looks a little Odd almost out of proportion , Blaster has a cool looking pose.

I'm starting to miss my old Blaster Transformer from when I was a kid now. :wub: He was so fun to transform into that little radio. :D Ahhh memories. Probably the only 2 vintage TF figs I'd like to have again the most would be Blaster and a Sharkticon.
