Each morning I'll try and list a new game. The board will be given ~24 hours to vote for the winner.

The question for this tournament is, "Which is the overall better figure?"

Note: This tournament features many different types of figures, please consider the entirety of a figure (sculpt, detailing, materials, originality, etc.) when voting. Additionally we ask for understanding with the lack of consistent pictures. Do not dismiss a figure because of a poor picture. Please feel free to post a better picture of the figure you selected.

Oooo! Great standoff. both have cool factor and play factor on their side. So who to vote for. The Coca Cola Ninja, or a Black guy with an overbite?

DP's stance is cool, and yet simple. His arms and swords are in the perfect position of neutral play.

Blade is the same mostly. But he gets a gun! Hmm....

Sculpting on DP is pretty simple, but his design really doesn't call for alot of detailed sculpting. Blade has plenty of detail and flow to his sculpt.

Guess it comes down to personal preference....and I prefer DeadPool. :( Not too fond of the poky fangs on Blade really.

I think his arms move. Most of these figures move a little bit.

I loved the first Blade movie, so much so that I prefer Blade over Deadpool character wise.
In the dead heat that was my descision between these sculpts that tilted my vote, to Deadpool. I figure if the awsomeness that is the Blade movie can't predijuce my vote than the other guy deservse it. And it is a cool sculpt.

Yeah, I meant neutral as in position of the arms. They aren't pointing far out to the side, or shuved behind his head or between his legs. So say if he had an action switch on his back like Mumm-Ra he could swing his arms in such a way as to actually hit something while facing it. :(

Blades little vampire teeth turned me off. It would've been better had they been in his mouth. I picked DP

I loved Blade 2. The other movies sucked enough to turn me off to the character in general, though.

Deadpool's figure, though, looks like someone just punched him in the nuts. I'm witholding my vote this time, but as a character, I really want to see the Ryan Renalds "Wolverine and Deadpool" (that takes away Cable and stuffs in Wolverine) movie that's rumored.

Our glorious Milky Way is a tiny, infinitesimal speck of sand in this vast, incomprehensible universe. And somewhere in that Milky Way is our own solar system, less than one billionth of that speck of sand that is the Milky Way. And then there is our planet Earth, one hundred trillionth of that one billionth of that one speck of sand. And on this planet Earth there is DEV-0, an insignificant blemish with a lifespan too short to measure when placed in infinite time.

And you are here, with them, as so many specks of sand.

Blade's teeth are dumb. They simply don't look good.

Deadpool's design doesn't do anything for me, but it clearly has great playability - and that's good enough for my vote.

2 good figures again, Blade's ridiculous mouth (those teeth, and is that a bucket handle?) seals the win for Deadpool.

At first, I couldn't tell what everyone was complaining about with Blade's face. It seemed good enough to me, and I like that they took the figure's cues from the Wesley Snipes version and found a way to show that he's a vampire too, but then I looked at the image enlarged. And read Stronium Dog's post. ;) Sorry Blade, I really love you, but Deadpool doesn't have to worry about a silly face.... until you unmask him or throw him in a movie with Hugh Jackman.

Both of these guys are among my favorite Superhero Squad figures. It's really hard to decide between the two, but in the end i've gotta go with Blade. Even though judging from the comments it's not going to help him. ;)

If i do have one complaint about the Blade figure it's that it'd be nice to get just one version that's NOT based on the movies.

this is a hard one (that's what she said). the dead pool figure is really cool. they've moved the arms into the most boring pose possible for the pic, but it's still cool. having almost bought it this week i've seen it up close. but the blade figure is really cool too. his pose is one of the best i've seen from all the lines. for playability you can't got wrong with blade. hmmmmmm... i guess i'll vote for blade.

Isn't all Blade based on the movies now?

I've never read Blade comics in any form but last time I saw him in a comic the artist rendered him exactly like Snipes.

The only toy I've seen recently that doesn't portray the Snipes Blade is the new Marvel Universe figure. Instead, we get a snarling bald man with muttonchops. It's not a pretty sight. If I had to choose, I'd stick with Snipes all the way.
