I asked the person if I could buy one now ($15). Person gave me the below email for contact.

makeitglow@yahoo.com

I sure hope you have his permission to post that! MODS! LOL

In all seriousness, you should ask if he wants it posted for others to try. This would avoid a awkerness of a member E-mailing him only to find out the adress is referring to his honeymoon night and is actually his home E-Mail account.

Person already gave me permission to post this. :) Think about it. $15 for a claw (what it went for on Ebay). I don't think the person would mind posting this on a site where a lot of collectors gather. Free advertisement. I have also received a response back from the email stating they can make more, the colors available, .......

Received the figure today. And as he stated he included the glow in the dark figure free of charge. The two figures work well, and I will eventually post pictures. From what I can tell hassle free, and great service. The figures are obvious of harder material and the bottoms are not completely flat, but not to the point to cause wobbling or anything, just alot of curvitures. Also there appears to be air bubbles in some small areas. I don't know much about casting molds, but I noticed it!

Overall I am satisfied! :)

Ok I made a video with the figures, for those who wanted to see them.
Custom Color Changing Claws

P.S. If you look at the video I Responded to you will notice the seller's video displaying them changing color!

Got my claw and not super impressed. The casting quality is good overall, but the nails of the claw are not formed well so rather than end in a point they are blunted/malforme. Base is uneven as well... not as big of a deal, but would have expected the nails to at least be clean.

Would it be possible to post some pictures? Maybe the custom next to a MUSCLE #153?

I ordered a color changing and a "Dragons Blood" color as he called it. Let the board know my thoughts when they come in.

Sure, I'll snap and post a picture later today. Size seemed good (didn't notice any shrinkage) and detail was crisp... just a bit bummed about the nails.

I think it is a fair concern. And at a lower price I'm probably going to be less worried about something like that.

I have taken 3 and placed them together. M.U.S.C.L.E. Claw, Glow-In-The-Dark Claw, Color-Changing Claw. Flash Mode, without Flash, and in the dark!

does anyone think a hydromoprh Claw figure would be of any interest? Hydromorph are toys you drop in water and grow like 200% the original size.

Is it my imagination or are the nails of the color changing one glowing?

My new claws from Make It Glow arrived yesterday. I'm pleased. I did notice a little bit of a bubbly issue on them, but one has to be holding the figures close up to really notice it. The figures stand upright perfectly, and besides the bubbly issue, they are clean. The changing color figure worked perfectly. It was funny to see the face on the claw go from dark to light almost instantly.

Now I can't wait to receive the figures from TGB!! :)

I bought one of these on eBay to review on UofM, so I'll save it for then - but I'll offer this right now, "Don't over spend."

This isn't an indictment of the figures, just my feeling now that I have the figure in my hand.

Agree, It's a neat figure for the color changing, but there is work/learning needed as far as cleanliness compared to TGB work (now that I have both). Veers, your figure have a slight bubbly issue too?

There are also some other custom figures from the same person.

Seller info
alteriormotive ( 623 )
100% positive feedback

Item location: Winter Haven, FL, United States
Ships to: United States

This auction is for a custom GROWING Claw #153 figure. The figure GROWS up to 200% in WATER! This one is made from a hydromorph polymer, the same sold in stores that are commonly made in to alligators and dinosaurs. Place the figure in water for two days to have it reach its fullest growth range. The figure will keep the same detail as the original size and can be dried (over a period of days) and used a few times before the figure's detail starts to distort.

Just a note, the figure will not stand up on its own.

***A note to those interested in my customs***

Ladies & Gents: I am a collector just like you. I have been making molds of custom figures for approx a year now and am learning something new every day when it comes to making a quality custom figure. I do not consider myself to be a professional at toy making and my customs will have slight imperfections. I am not saying this to drive you away from bidding on my customs; I just want you to know who I am and my level of experience. I will promise you this... You WILL be pleased! I have taken several pictures of the figures, however, you can contact me if you would like additional photos of the figures.

Shipping is free domestically & internationally. I have other customs up for auction, please check them out also! Email me at MakeitGlow@Yahoo.com for any questions for this auction or even to inquire about customizing a figure you need!

We'll see. <_<

As I have tried to do with everything on UofM, I tried to fully examine and document the item. I think anything I noted would likely be echoed, or has been echoed, by anyone that has seen the figures firsthand – including Wolf.
