What line was it that had little rubber guys that came in a plastic can that looked kind of like a garbage can. The characters were multicolored and were either robots or wrestlers.

More like MUSCLE since they consist of robots and wrestlers. Canfull of Monster are more like Aliens and....monsters. :p
