I tried to report it to ebay a month ago but it has to come from a law enforcement official

I know what I shipped. I tried to do everything I could to make things better. I wanted to get you more figures, but you started a new Clonewars topic, after the 1st one gets locked. I think you are out to get me, before I could repay, or reply to you. I care very much that you didn't receive your toys

Just Squared up with Clonewars, had a long chat with him.    we are now square.

we have been chatting for hours and sounds like the guy just had a raw deal,  don't wanna air nobody's personal business but in the end he manned up.  that's the important thing.

Not quitting toys, but definitely taking a break, clonewars keeps messaging me on ebay saying it is not his fault the package never arrived and in the same breath he is not paying me. 

 

How did he send it?  If he sent it USPS there should be a tracking # because USPS automatically puts tracking numbers on packages now.  Isn't that correct?
