It IS the same seller.

 

What are the odds the guy had 2 very rare figs of the same model and color?

Listed this one just after the 45 day dispute window for the last one.

 

Money going to a soup kitchen?

Since June of 2012 sold only ONE other muscle.

It happened to be a purple claw.

The texture is off. Color is a bit light. Its a high quality repro for sure. Don't get screwed people.

If Vader used a CC to pay he may still be able to file a charge back against the guy. I think most CC companies have a 60 day window.

This is quite troubling to me. Don't like it at all. Wish I had kept a purple muscle for direct color comparison. But I don't care for color muscles so I didn't keep after my set completion. I like color Kinnikuman but not American muscles. Claw is the only character i wanted all colors for display. Anyway, for those keeping track and lists please remove my name from the "has a PurpClaw list" (if you have not already done so)until further notice. I'm going to try to get ahold of SoupKitchen.

The fact that the seller doesn't accept Paypal in of itself is a red flag. I would of never bid on it because of that, even if I wanted the Purple Claw badly.

If you can post good clear upclose front and back pic's of your purple claw. That would probably help us know if yours might be fake.

Next to other #153's would be helpful too. To help judge the scale.

 

I'd actually like to see the sides of the figure. I think that might even be more helpful. The seam may offer more insight than anything else.

FYI, I PM'd Matt.

 

I saw he hadn't been signed in since Aug 7th. Hopefully he'll have good new - or, at least, news - to share. I don't think we've ever had a MUSCLE situation like this one before. Hopefully we never will again either.

This is starting to make me wonder if this is a bad marketing strategy by someone affiliated with ProPay?

List something desirable that generates a couple hundred views while accepting/promoting ProPay exclusively?

I'm probably over-thinking this but it crossed my mind.

Somebody is selling fakes.  There is no way someone has this many purple claws.

It's a fake/repro. Look at the pics. Very obvious to anyone who owns an actual claw (of any color).
