I have to go with Iwao. After getting 150 MUSCLE sculpts in a single lot recently Iwao was one that really caught my attention.

Ouch...

Well, this one comes down to the fact that M.U.S.C.L.E. stems from a childhood love, whereas MiMP I only found out about since getting into collecting. Nostalgia had to be the deciding factor in this one for me. Both great pieces though.

Behemoth for me, I loved Mimp as a kid so it was a winner hands down but I am shocked to see that it is currently losing 5 votes to 2

I think it's going to come down to nostalgia across the board on this one. Great matchup. Maybe if you reinstate Brojo for just this once?

Just wait until the UK'ers wake up and log on. Behemoth might take the lead.

Haha, Behemoth is quite a hefty figure, good choice!

This is a tough one, for these two to be matched so early man these brackets are going to be brutal!  Gotta go with behemoth though

Based on nostalgia mostly, I have to cast my vote for Behemoth.

This was a tough one for me...I love both sculpts. But my vote went to Behemoth, because I'd rather not see this match won with a wide margin of victory.

Current collecting goal: obtain all 148 Monster In My Pocket Series 1 figures in regular colors (71.62% there)

Easy vote for me Iwao was one of my very first muscle, I think he was in the very first fourpack I got to be honest.  He will always hold a special place in my heart hahah.

Behemoth got a vote from me. It was a hard choice as both figures are favorites from childhood and remain favorites for me. This was the first pairing where I really had to think about it.

I went with Iwao, as he is one of the more unique sculpts in an already unique line.

This was tough! Behemoth is my favorite MIMP but honestly muscles will always win with me. And Iwao was one I played with a lot as a kid.

#23.

An original looking rock man, that doesn't look like The Thing - and still looks cool is not easy to do. Plus the Behemoth is dull.

They are both really solid sculpts. I am plumping for iwao, because I don't really understand the cult following that has built up around Behemoth.

:sorry:Behemoth losing in the first round? I am going to go cry with my other Behemoth brethren...

(That was supposed to include a funny picture, but for some reason either the site or the computer won't let me post any pics. Another sadness)

There's no shame in losing to the first round if it's a loss to a heavyweight.
