Just stumbled across these guys today and wondered if any of those of you who frequent a Target often have been seeing these on their shelves? I live way out in BFE and rely on internet sales, ebay, etc. and I haven't been able to locate anything...yet. (EDIT: Apparently the pirate skeletons only come in the bucket)

http://www.stadsstuff.com/?p=3627

I'd like to get the bucket set & the pirate ship (potentially 2 ships)

http://www.stadsstuff.com/?p=3637

I don't think these are 'technically' out yet, but wondered if by some fluke someones ran across them.

I'd gladly pay someone if they'd pick them up for me.

I don't want to pick the set apart, so I'll just send the whole drum.

if you think it'll up the postage considerably don't worry about it, either way is fine, but less postage the better.

Ya don't say, have you been moonlighting as Captain Obvious?

:p

No worries, man, I'll just discard the lame generic drum and put the rest in a baggie for you.   :)

My wife is making the rounds this afternoon, I'll ask her to check.  (Three Targets within a few miles...maybe four?)

great. i'm still not seeing them on the target site. if somehow they're out already hit me up. i had planned to buy 2 of the ships, one of the pirate buckets for the skeleton pirates mainly, and 2 of the orcs vs. elves buckets.

Good 'ol Dixiebull.   Dunno if you are near any Toys-r-Us, but they are loaded with this line, man.   We usually go there twice a week, just say the word...

Also, you should probably get with me to confirm/finalize...getting near time for another postal run, the last one for a few weeks...

Reminds me, I really need to get my lazy ass going on the Chap Mei pics!  Blood red orcs, Medusa, Tri-Tremis, and friends!

yeah, i've probably traded with him more than anyone else on here as we're fairly close to one another geographically and into the same stuff. he's also into hardcore punk rock which makes him 100X cooler in my book.

yeah, i thought about picking up some of the Mythical Heroes Elves 4 pack to go along with my Orc 4 pack. If you can get one pretty cheap (under $10) let me know. I just wish they would've released a dwarf and goblin pack. Chap Mei actually released a dwarf or two overseas and the little red demons on bases. if for some reason you had any of those hit me up. or if you can get one of those Mythical Warriors buckets on the cheap. i think you can get em for $14 shipped via amazon right now.  i need to pm you a pic of the Imaginext Cavemen too, i think i have around 15-20 i'd part with. probably not til 5pm after work though if you can hold out on shipping my stuff til tomorrow.

I'll check around for you, dude, and if they are reasonable I'll grab a few sets.   I've got some recent Chap Mei/Legends knights and Merlin I'm sending along.

Look here:

(I'm sending more stuff, but I'm not going to ruin the surprise!)

Aren't you two the sweetest?! Made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Seriously though, I am super happy that I have had such good experiences trading with the both of you. Your both solid stand up guys that I enjoy spending my "online time" with. If we lived closer I would totally want to hang out with you both and go toy diving at junk stores and flea markets! Maybe someday that might happen...maybe I'm coming off like a creepy toy stalker now by even mentioning it...! Anyways, I think I will be poking around Target on Thursday this week so I will take a look see for them as well.

"Creepy toy stalker".  lol

Dude, come on by!  You can buy my beer and I'll give you a tour of this shitbag city.   I don't fit well in most modern vehicles, so you can drive my Cruiser while I get steadily buzzed in the passenger seat and occasionally bark out when we pass stupid landmarks!  If you are really lucky, I'll get you a couple .79 tacos (Monday, only) and we can roll through the rich white neighborhoods and yell filthy things out the windows.

Naturally, I won't take you to any of my good haunts.....not really into competition.

"Warm and fuzzy inside" ?    Didn't you tell me that your county jail cellmates went by 'Warm' and 'Uncle Fuzzy' ??

Redspook --  Are you into the 90s Fisher Price gitd Ghost?  Such a well made and fun little ghost, classic rattling chains and all.  That Schleich Knight and Mount are brand new/unused.   :)

I think Strongheart looks great battling the dragon(s), in this scale.

good stuff. drunkenly screaming out obscenities driving around sounds a lot like me a few years ago.

and yeah i dig that ghost for sure. i plan on getting a lot of those FP Great Adventures figures for my son once he's old enough for toys. maybe some of the playsets and the pirate ship too.all the stuff pictured will definitely fit in with my collection. now that i'll have Strongheart i'm going to try and collect the rest from that line. Just wish LJN would have made mini versions of ALL the action figures. also, i've got one of the Safari cyclops' figs on the way. i'm hoping to collect a lot more papo/schleich/safari fantasy and prehistoric stuff
