welcome to the board mate.

Thanks galthisan, I'm pleased to be here, I will definitely stick around as I have been collecting little plastic things since I was a kid.

wow the board game! thats damn cool. are the toilets open? what colour are the boglins inside?

Okay, I have some pics of some of my collection to share.

Attached File  01_Slime_Boglins.JPG   362.79K   61 downloads

Pic 1 is my Slime Boglins. L-R we have Blue Splodge, Yellow Splutter, Blue Splash and Yellow Splurge. You can probably see some of the slime residue on them; the slime dried up long ago. I haven't washed them as I think it adds character.

Attached File  02_Boglins_Game.JPG   397.55K   54 downloads

Pic 2 is my Boglins Game. As you can see, apart from 4 regular Boglins, it comes with a Slime Boglin in its Toilet, this one is a Blue Splutter.

Attached File  03_Baby_Boglins_Boxes.JPG   393.88K   42 downloads

Pic 3 is some of my Baby Boglins in their eggs, with the boxes. I also have the boxes my Slime Boglins came in, there's two of them in this picture.

Attached File  04_Samurai_Boglins.JPG   379.36K   58 downloads

Pic 4 is my Samurai Boglins, I understand they're relatively hard to come by? I remember buying these in individual packets from the newsagents, I spent 10 minutes in the shop sorting through them to make sure I got all 8. On the left is a regular Mini Boglins cardboard box.

Nice collection Strontium Dog!!! That game looks like fun.

I won the auction for the two slime boglins in toilets that was up recently. I don't have any slimes yet so I am really excited about these :woot:

liz you out bid me on them slime toilets

I was bidder #1. So really you outbid me and then I took it back ;)

I might be looking to trade one because the seller said they are the same figure. Not sure yet though.

I am really not a fan of ebay's annonymous bidder policy. I am always afraid that I am going to upset someone here without even knowing it :mcmadd:

Got my first Mini-Boglins today. Tim Young sent me a few as a bonus for winning his contest at his website (www.creaturesandcharacters.com). Wanted to post them here (sorry, my camera work is as crappy as ever). The ones in the front are the resin castings of Tim's original sculptings of the Mini-Boglins.

Wow galthisan, you've got some resins too?... How does one come by these?

On a side note, there is a display box with 49 un-opened mini boglin packets on E-bay at the mo, I was going to bid on it, but I only really want 2 of the 49 packs, so... I won't be bidding. If any one here wins it I would love to buy a couple of packs from them ;)

Oh and I scored these today, no Idea how I had missed them: http://cgi.ebay.co.u...e...N:IT&ih=015

Anything is only worth as much as somone is willing to pay for it. As the resins came directly from Tim and they havent been traded it would be hard to set a price.

I wouldnt get rid of mine, I got a signed letter from Tim detailing what they are, so its personal to me.

if someone wanted to get one of every sculpt how many figs are they looking at tracking down. is this a ridiculously huge endeavor that will cost millions of dollars?

EDIT: keep in mind, not one of every color in every sculpt, just one of each.

107 different sculpts but some are harder to find than others like Samurai sculpts.
If you wanted to find all sculpts in all colours you could be looking at a fair whack.

Most of the sculpts turn up fairly regularly, even the Samurai, I'm on 106/107 at the moment and I havn't been collecting that long :)

...Colour variation is where the real fun is!

(If anyone has a Scout Mors spair, please let me know so the number above can be 107/107! )
