Question: Is the bonus series II figure going to be the squat style? Will it be blank or painted?

Nope, since the goal has been hit, that will provide enough funds to get one or more of the series 2 figures started at the same time as the other 3 series 1 figures. So they should all ship at the same time. Matter of fact, if we hit $17k or more, I am reasonably confident that series 2 can be done at the same time, depending on how long character development goes with the $1500 pledgers. The freebie series 2 figure is a nice unexpected bonus, those should provisionally hit around December right?
As far as style goes, not certain. 3 of the 4 slots for S2 have been pledged, so it could be either. As far as painted or non painted, both styles will be run. By default it will be the painted version, but it can easily be swapped out for the mono if that is what you want for yours.Question: Is the bonus series II figure going to be the squat style? This is so awesome!!!

gosh dang this is exciting, so who are the 3 $1500 bidders? Any ideas what animals you will be choosing?
I was the second one. I'm leaning towards an orange bengal tiger with black stripes.

Not sure which series this will fall into yet and it definitely isn't finished. But you get the idea.
BTW, this is not from one of the 3 Series 2 backers.
Great! That means you can make it as the 4th Series 2 figure, right?

Love it! Can't wait to get one... or, you know, the other guys too. Congratulations on a job well done!

Time to come out of the closet as it were. I was the first $1,500 pledger. I have a few animals in mind, but haven't decided on anything quite yet. I do know that I won't pick an animal that was used as a Battle Beast.

That will be an awesome figure! Funny how Rise of the Beasts came out about the same time I got interested in BB.

Just going to throw this out there, I'm already planning to shoot the figures immediately when they get to me in the mail. When it actually comes to fruition and they're getting ready to be sold, if any online store that carries them needs high quality photos - I'm willing to provide that. I've worked with a couple of companies photographically before, including Mattel.

Hhaha, when I first read it I was like, shoot them? You son of a bee-eye-itch!
