I agree. That auction got OUT of control. I saw a couple figures a month ago sell for $25 before shipping...probably two or three new entrants that are forcing up the prices right now. Just wait.

The one from the featured auction slipped past me while I was at work, but I doubt I would have gotten it for $30 or less like I want to due to the fact the reserve never got met.

Hopefully more will show up soon.

they pop up all the time. play your cards right and you'll get one for dirt cheap. the best time to get one would be when there are several up for sale. that way there's less competition between bidders/buyers.

SC found in a flesh garbage can. I saw this on Alex's website.

The first M.U.S.C.L.E. 10-Pack with a Satancross sealed inside has been discovered! This all flesh Muscle 10-Pack has a Satancross Muscle figure #236 sealed inside at the very bottom of the can. Numerous 4-Packs containing Satancross figures have been discoverd over the years, however this is the only 10-Pack with a Satancross known to exist!

The fact that the Satancross is sealed inside an all FLESH Muscle 10-Pack supports the theory that the figure was produced early in the M.U.S.C.L.E. line, and not later on when half flesh/color and all color packs were released. It may also help explain why Satancross was never produced in any colors other than original flesh. It is likely that the Satancross sculpt was pulled after the production of flesh muscle figures before any colored muscles were released.

Could the same be true for the Super Rares? Possibly, but keep in mind that a handful of colored super rares have been discovered. If the super rares were made during the early production of flesh figures, then only flesh super rares would exist. Unless of course the mysterious colored super rares were accidentally produced later in the line. Could a colored Satancross exist too?

2. the only satan cross in a sealed 10 pack known to exist and he just happens to be on the bottom, flush and completely visible on the bottom?

i will agree with you on points 2 & 3. however, despite some shady practices, alex is also one of the world's biggest collectors of muscles. there's no telling how many different items he has. just because he has something that seems out of the ordinary doesn't necessarily mean he's fabricated it. after all, sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.

hmmm. same seller. they may have had more than one. with over 500 transactions on ebay with 100% feedback i'd say they're just using the same pic again because they don't have a computer at home and it's convenient.

It's actually the same one since the first auction which ended with out anyone buying it. I might have bought it myself but I needed a shipping cost estimate to Canada first before I could weight in.

Sigh, I wanted to get it, especially since the price dropped a couple of dollars but for various reasons like the dollar falling a few cents (stupid central bank) and needing to keep my options open for something that might complete nearly the rest of my collection I had to let it slip through my fingers.
