Isn't there a cheetah (or some other wild cat) in the group shot on Takara's website? I'm very curious to see the mole in figure form. I noticed him when I was looking at the pics on my cards. The coolest thing is how closely he seems to resemble the mole from the original series. Well, his head does, anyway!

Yeah, I was excited to see that mole. And is this the Cheetah?

I think that's the one based on the armor on his head. I think he is one of the few that hasn't been shown in full at any of the shows if I remember correctly.

Correct from some of the Beast Saga figures like the Cheetah only some vague pics are know, but since these came from a credible source mostly pictured with all the other figs known so far I'm pretty sure they will see the light of day soon.

Just showed up on Ebay;
Beast Saga BB symbol Sticker

Not sure what to think about it, the idea might be ok but IMHO this is not the way ;)

Which might be the armadillo but it looks indeed more like a mole to me.

Yeah, I think you are correct. The reason why I thought it possibly might be the armadillo is because of the snout...but the armor looks quite different...so I guess we got a mole coming later!! :) ("Anarchy" was the original mole right?- He was one of my fave Laser Beasts!)

Posted Image

Also, I have a hunch the guy shown here might end up being a flying-fish? Anyone else see what I mean?

Posted Image

And finally, there is still a few Beasts shown in the first issue of the Manga (Big Crab, Dog etc) that aven't been revealed as figures yet, but I'm sure they are probably on their way!

Miner Mole was the first mole within the BB line as he was still one of the Battle Beasts.
Anarchy joined later when the LB line came out.

Not sure wether that one in the gold circle is suposed to be the Armadillo or a new mole, think its the Armadillo though.

Your 'flying fish' is suposed to be the Bird that's available already, the one that got sold individual.

Hi, I'm brand new to these forums. It's nice to see people who like the Beast figures as much, if not more than myself. I bought a few of the Beast Saga figures, but am now completely hooked. I now have all that have been released so far. Some of the things I'm looking forward to: I noticed on the back of one of the birds, in the gold circle, is a pic of what looks to be a duck. Anybody know what the pink fish thing is? Really looking forward to the Bull and Mandrill. Anybody have any better pics of either?

I noticed the duck too. Here's some clearer shots of the figs that just got released on Oct. 6th.

They looked like they skimped on the paint for the owl. Especially compared to the other birds. I can't stand the cutesy looking figures. The hamster, cat, and whatever that black thing with the hearts is.

Welcome to the board!
Its good to see the new line is bringing new collectors ;)

As you might have red they'll be released in little amounts over the next months and although from some figs pictures (good or not) have been available for the biggest part the upcomming figs are still a mystery. When you read back within this topic you'll find a home made checklist showing all the figs so far that have been spotted. But for sure there will be loads more as the original plan was to release about 100 figs so we still have a few to go.

What Pink Fish are you talking about? The one that came within the Sea starters deck or another one?

Enjoy and feel free to ask any questions.

I think he's referring to the one on Takara's main page. It is a pink fish with yellow armor I believe. It looks like a salmon to me. There were also pics of it at the toy show in Japan. It's one of the figures I've been waiting for, since I'm pretty much all about the sea tribe!
If I can find the pic I'll put it up later unless someone beats me to it.

I saw the homemade checklist already, thanks to whoever made it. That does look like a salmon, that's kinda funny. Battle Beasts were my favorite as a child. I saw the Pirate Lion custom and was thinking of making one for as many of the originals as I could. Maybe use the Sky Tribe leader as the original crow, or the falcon as the Colonel Bird figure. It'd be fun, but probably too expensive.

@glass67 If the Sea tribe is your gang I think you can start to sit back and relax as I've some quite high expectations on them knowing the first sculpts and the knowledge of the Japanese about any kind of fish so I think we can expect quite some cool sculpts along the line!

@cowbattlebeast Don't think your project has to be to expensive, you know the prices for the beasts and than there are enough great custom painters out here to help you out with an idea like that for a reasonable price. And in case you might start painting them yourself it'll be even less expensive. It would be a cool idea though and I'm sure you can do better than the BS Pirate Lion look a like that showed up ;)

About the figs, oh that one, forgot about him.
Looks like a Salmon to me as well, haven't seen him listed in the upcomming releases within the next months yet.
Believe the crazy Turtle figure will be on of the first released Sea Tribe figs again.

I agree GJNL, the sea tribe has a very solid lineup of figures in it. Its gonna be a good couple of months for those guys, with the croc, turtle, and the two whales coming. I was really hoping we'd see something on the crab by now, but I guess we can expect it at some point, and that's good enough for me!

I've always dug the winged beasts. Here's to hoping that they have more winged Sky Tribe members planned past the owl, parrot, and eagle.

Yeah! I have finally received my first package (blind boxes case of 24) and opened the first 3. They are great ! I have so far the Shark, the Bat and the Dolphin. They are all great. The childrens want me to open them all but I said that we will open them only 3 per days until this week-end. I won't have time to take pic and write review before so why not keeping the fun last longer. Did I already said they are great ?
