That's perfect size for Sunshine.
Below is a online survey for your most wanted Figuarts Kinnikuman characters. Sucks that you're only limited to 3 selections. There's a lot of them that I would like to see produce.

I went with Anime Meat-kun, Anime Super Phoenix and Anime Geronimo. I figure since we've now seen Terryman and Sunshine, those will definitely be produced. Just missing my cut were Kinkotsuman. I'm surprised he was one of the names listed.

Ooh! Thanks for the heads up! I just voted Anime Black Hole and Pentagon (Gotta love that 4D Killer Combo) and Psychoman as he's my next favourite Perfect Origin after Silverman!

I felt a little funny voting since it's clearly meant for residents of Japan, but I did submit my selections of Manga Bibimbap (way overdue for a figure), Anime Geronimo and Anime Sunigeta.

Here's my "team" for the vote:
I chose these for their great, unique designs that could draw in newcomers to the series. None are particularly my favorite characters, but great characters in their own right who would make great figures.
OCE The Mountain - Would be very nice with Strong the Budo and Terryman. OCE to go along with their currant OCE releases.
Anime Colors Mammothman - I think his anime colors look better, and all the Scramble characters have been Anime colors so far.
OCE Satan Cross - I like both color schemes. However, I personally take the OCE colors as more accurate, as I believe it was Suguru who was shocked/surprised that the Parasite Satan Cross's face was alive and separate, which is not really a surprise with the Anime colors. I'd take both, of course. Would also go well alongside the release of OCE Ashuraman.

Just voted. Pentagon, Blackhole, and Omegaman, all anime colors. I don't particularly care which version of any of them we get, but those are the three I want more than any other (besides Sunshine, who it seems we're getting regardless). Mammothman was tempting, but I figure he's far more likely to get votes than Omegaman and he's the one I really want.

Pardon my ignorance as I never read the early chapters, only watched the anime, but who is Chanel Man? I don't recognize him. Or is he a game character?

If I remember rightly, Chanelman is a disguise that Suguru dons during the American Tour Arc (which takes place after the first Choujin Olympics, it got heavily changed for the anime). Basically he has to disguise himself as an American to settle some kind of territorial dispute between rival wrestling federations.
The fact that he uses shoe polish to change is skin colour is a little questionable to say the least, a true testament of the era Kinnikuman was made in.
In the end I voted for Satan Cross, Big Body and SteCasse King. I thought SteCasse and Satan Cross would be interesting choices, considering they've got quite varied physical appearances compared to the characters released up to this point. I'd like to see all of the Princes made at some point, but I thought Big Body deserved some love!

Yeah, there's no getting around the cultural stereotypes that are prevalent in Kinnikuman. I don't think they're intended to be malicious, as the characters are usually presented in a positive light, but that could be a big turn-off for anyone in today's audience who can't overlook it in context of the time. I wan't aware of the backstory between Chanelman, and only really knew him as being one of my favorite M.U.S.C.L.E. figures. Good thing the anime changed that!

Oh well. At least that explains why I didn't recognize him. Unlikely this appearance of Suguru will get as many votes due to being omitted from the anime.
Having looked through the list, taking away the whole Anime Vs OCE element as well as removing any non-combatant characters, these are the figures i'd like to see, broken down by team/arc.
It's a lot of figures and my problem with the vote is that I feel you can't have 1 or 2 from each group without having them all. Take the 7 Akuma's for example. Having Buffaloman alone is ok, maybe even Blackhole or Springman, but as soon as you have Mister Khamen or Atlantis, I feel like you need them all!! Same applies for the Knights.

I don't think this was answered before: How tall are the Figuarts Kinnikuman figures? Are they the same scale as Romando?
I just wanted to answer this since it was ignored. The Figuarts start at 6" to 7". Romandos I believe start at the 7" scale and move upward depending on the characters. Some were bigger due to their respective size. Figures like Akuma Shogun in the Figuarts scale are 7" whereas the standard Romando starts at the 6.5" to 7" scale. The SH Figuarts scale on average is 6" for the Kinnikuman figures. I don't have a comparison because I don't own any regular sized Romandos but I know when I saw them they were around that size. In San Francisco's Japan Town there is a store front for Taiko drums and they have Romandos on display. They are bulkier and less articulated than the Figuarts, which I am pretty sure you know.
I prefer the Super Articulated bodies of the Figuarts myself.

Thanks for the detailed answer! The Figuarts figures sound a little bigger than I expected, if a little smaller than Romando. There are some Romando figures I don't love (Terryman, Geronimo) so I will have to look into their Figuarts toys if and when they're released.

I know there are more images such as this of other characters, I'll see if I can find them later. For now, Buffaloman figure collection with both SH and Romando

Here we go. I don't think there's any reference image better than this. Romando vs. SH Figuarts:
Although I will say, he could have gotten the SH figs into better vanilla poses

Now to wait for a (comparatively) cheap Budo!

Great comparison pix. Those are what I was hoping to see. For some of the characters, the scale is pretty similar. Then you have Buffaloman, who seems small in Figuarts, especially if you compare him to the (not pictured) EX version from Romando.

Yeah, the guy who took that pic left Buffaloman in that weird pose, and Neptuneman could be more vanilla as well.
I made a lengthy post on page 8 showing how the scaling on Buffaloman and Neptuneman are spot on to the Anime.
However, with these latest figures clearly inspired by the recent art, and especially now that I've been reading the Perfect Large Numbers arc, and I see now that these figures are all based on their most recent depictions, where Buffaloman is very commonly drawn as tall, but not insanely huge like he was drawn when he was first created. The "Devil Horns" hand, and the look of the Longhorn w/ Scars, as well as his physique, confirm this figure to be Buffaloman as seen in the PLN arc.
Also, I took this shot of Neptuneman smelling sweet victory.

Is there anything new regarding that poll that was mentioned in previous post? No news regarding Black Hole as a candidate for SH Figuarts? Also what is a good website for SH Figuarts news?

The poll runs until 24th December. Results probably won't be announced until next year. Here and Tamashii's officially site are probably the best places to check for news: http://tamashii.jp/special/kinnikuman/

Thank you! I prefer it as well. I wasn't totally sold on the sculpt until I saw it in those colors. Very much a fan now. I would also like to see sculpts of characters based on the older art style as well. Like a very heavy-browed Terryman.
Made this Sunshine. Back joints, more vibrant yellow.
