My brother owns that Diablo action figure and it is SO GOOD. Wish I had the Hydralisk from the same line. The Toycom Hydralisk looks alright too, but there's something about the cleaner design of the Blizzard version I think I prefer (Blizzard's Zealot and Marine compared to the Toycom Tassadar and Firebat, though... bleh).

I love this card. Its playability, the way it fits into the Modern Eldrazi deck I've nearly finished building, the art, how good a foil colorless card looks... mmm! I was amazingly lucky to get one during the Oath of the Gatewatch prerelease I attended, but now it's making me wonder if I can't get a playset of four like that... maybe.

 

Being in Japanese isn't necessary, but it looks cool like that.

I totally agree! I have all three of those on card, but only because A) I got them all for $10 a piece, and B )They look nice together as a set. I couldn't give a shit about anything Terran and the Zealot is just straight up bad. But dat hydralisk! I want to take him out of the package, but it would be sacrilege!

Sometimes I have to scrape the bottom of the "stuff Tony would want to own" barrel just so I don't inundate this thread with Magic cards. This is one of those cases. I haven't even watched the Rebirth of Mothra trilogy (now available on Blu-Ray), but Dagarla's received so few toys. Like I think this is 1/3rd of the total Dagarla merch.

I agree with you 99.9% of the time. I have heard that these figures are prone to breakage though, so I'd rather not end up with some broken figures I likely won't be able to replace, (certainly not for the prices I paid.)

I also don't really have a spot for them right now, but in their packages they're tacked onto the wall in a spot nobody was using anyways. So for the moment it's a win/win.



This entry is for my oldest kiddo. She loves Kirby, but unfortunately there is little in the way for toys for him. This is the next best thing:
