This is what I look like when it blizzards in the Spring time.
hahaha, Look how red my face was. My wife was taking forever to get the right pic, in the mean time I could feel all the blood in my body rushing to my face and the snow boiling off of my forhead.
I'd rather see this (I think) than your other infamous rear side photo!

First one is my youngest and me playing Mega Man 2. She is just like her daddy.

Next I was brushing my Oldest Daughters hair when all the other rug rats desided to sit down with me.

My wife was in the other room and then walked in and saw this, thought it was kind of funny the way they were sitting. Even the dog is in there.

Pardon the grimacing look on my face, but I was getting a little flustered trying to tell her how to use the flash on my new camera

He was released with no ill affects a minute later.

"ya'll know me...know how I earn a livin'. I'll catch this bird for ya, but it ain't gonna be pretty." lol Caught this baby about 10 a.m. in my little 1 acre pond. My girl was sure surprised when I whipped open the shower curtain to show her. I didn't get an official weight, but I'm guessing 6-7 lbs, a good sized bass for here in the northeast.

Yeah i took it tonight. Recently brought the hawk back, felt i was due for an updated pic.
I was watching this 3 disc set of Randy Savage matches that i got, and there was this one clip of him wrestling One Man Gang, and the wife and i simultaneously went. I wish i could find a still from that clip because his beard is longer and the resemblance is just that much more uncanny.

Weren't you JUST implying in another thread that you're not overweight, or at least not as fat as the BMI tells you?
Ok, cool, man: just checking!
Tying life expectancy to healthcare costs isn't a good correlation. Life expectancy in the US is low due to the fact that we have horrid eating and exercise habits. Just look at the rate of obesity. We like our vices, even when it kills us.
We have a high rate of obesity because we use a ridiculous system to determine obesity. A system that was never meant to be used for that purpose. Seriously i qualify as morbidly obese on the BMI. MORBIDLY. As does basically anyone else over six feet tall and with any appreciable muscle mass. At the most in shape i've ever been in my entire life, when i was 21, doing crazy-hard warehouse work, and had not an ounce of fat on me, i still qualified as "overweight".
The "obesity epidemic" is an absolute farce, a scare tactic for slow news days and the diet industry.

Never said i wasn't overweight, said i didn't qualify for the "morbidly obese" end of the scale. I'm 6'3" or so and like 280. No secrets there. But i've done years and years worth of warehouse, factory, and now construction work. So it's not exactly all fat. But i do drink like a boss, which keeps me from maintaining an idyllic and girlish figure.
If you actually read the post you took the time to haul over here, you would see that the time i referred to being "in my best shape" was in fact like 8 years ago.
Or, you know, we could try to make fun of people on the internet. Whatever makes you feel like a classier guy at the end of the day.

So for your height you should ideally be at about 200 pounds, but considering weight lifting and muscle mass, there's no reason you would be considered obese up to about 240 pounds.
Just drop 40 pounds.
Roughtly 3500 calories equals one pound of body weight.
So if you were to cut out 7000 calories over an entire week, you'd drop those 40 pounds in about 5 months without even exercising. If you include exercise, you could do it in significantly less time.
That's easy enough.
For example, if you're drinking pop every day, say a 20 oz a day or so (350 or so calories) switch to diet and you'd drop almost a pound a week by doing just that.
