I got my Secret Santa package today just in time for the holiday! It included a very cool mix of figures...

Attached File  2014-12-24_10-22-13.jpg   100.22K   15 downloads

...and some slick custom Beastformers trading cards!

Attached File  2014-12-24_10-34-06.jpg   93.24K   17 downloads

Very pleased with my gift this year, thanks a ton DaHumorist! You knocked it out of the park with those cards.

,,,,buuuuut that's not all! I missed the postal worker earlier, but she made a second stop by my place today just in case I'd be there to sign for what I'll call a Christmas miracle...

I've now completed my Laser Beast collection. Victory pics soon to come.

Didn't get him in the mail, but was stoked to pick up this guy!

He's Joe Crow.
He came with Farmer Donatello, and his Mutatin' Tractor.

Here you go, Jesse!

It's actually a pretty crappy toy.
I'm sure every kid is just itching to take his ninja turtles on a soybean harvestin' adventure!

However, I had been chasing this crow for some time, so when I found the tractor in a resale shop for $12, I couldn't pass it up.

Quick! Let's make a bootleg, and start a bunch of debates!

That's awesome. I didn't even know it existed. Looks like Mikey had one as well but with no crow buddy. Just crappy farm tools.

Draz made my day a little sexier with some Ultraman micros (via Baltan II).

These are the ones that made it in to my desk at work.

Love me some Ultraman! I've never seen the ones on the little...stands? Don't know what else to call it, but they're killer.

I scored this lot at a local antique store today. Sooooo stoked on the naked Mayor.

Haha when I first saw it, that was my  exact thought "what's a custom like this doing in an antique store in Eugene OR???". So I had them pull it out of the case, and it reads on the back "1976 McDonalds System, Remco toys". I had no idea this was ever a toyline! It's actually really well constructed and sturdy - definitely not a HappyMeal toy :D
It's a little bit extra bizarre, as there is a little nob that turns his head - very loosely.

Wonder what kids in the 70s would have thought pulling that monster out of their happy meals.
