Higuys my finds so farcheersadiy

Wow! Thats an awesome collection dude! Thats the second black Dead Ted & Ritchie Retch thats been found so far (I think) so we know the blacks arent 1:1. Still wondering what the deal is with them..

I may be wrong, but i think the only blacks are coming out of the gravity feeds. Hopefully someone can verify or UN- verify please do so, and i had no idea you could buy directly from topps.. thanks for the info, and happy hunting

No, i got my black from a standard box that had the (24) 2-packs in them so they're randomly distributed it would seem.

Still no sign of them at the one Target in my area.  Hope the gravity feeds I've got on the way have some black gold in them.

EDIT:  Went back to Target this morning and they had jumbo packs.  Got two yellows out of the four I bought.

I just compared Minikin Patty Putty to my CT Patty Putty - my only CT.  And aside from the Minkin being half the size of the old one, it's just better-sculpted.  The new figure's face is much more detailed and three-dimensional.

I know Potomac ships internationally and as of now they have some boxes available:

http://www.potomacdi...p?itemid=gpkmfb

Maybe others can recommend different places.

Cheers bud - I've had a quick look (potomac) and for the $55 box it will be between $40-$60 shipping depending on shipping level. Ouchy McOuchy!

I notice that Potomac is free shipping to US addresses for $150 orders.

I'd be up for buying a $55 box, so if we could get someone else to put in for a box, we could have three boxes sent to someone in the US at no extra charge.

That person could then forward our boxes to the UK for us. I'm sure shipping would be much cheaper that way, and we could circumvent any - ahem - customs issues.

Awesome scores! I'm glad to see more and more black minikins popping up! Two in one box is pretty good luck too!

Nice going Matlock! The first example of a black Nick I've seen, too!

Ditty Kong is checking them for nats

I still can't believe i got two from one box. No yellows in that box, and no nasty nicks in the last 4 boxes i opened.

I was going to help out fellow collectors by offering to mail this box across the pond. but my aching desire for yellow stopped me.

wouldn't that have been something.

First full colour set of any figure that I've seen, congrats Joey :)

You should get them on Youtube, Topps may send you a gold one to round off the set

has anyone posted about this yet. I pulled two Nasty Nick's and noticed that the head sculp on the painted VS the mono red are in diferent positions. So Retool or a byproduct of cooling like some of the deformed MUSCLE men.

I'll be damned.  I haven't seen the red form in your pic.  I have 1 green and 2 reds and their heads are all toward the left shoulder (like your painted version).

Theres some images floating around GPKUG of a Cracked Jack figure missing an arm! It shows a peg hole where the arm is supposed to be. Looks like they werent cast in one piece like the old cheap toys after all.. Odd.

Some of the bony Tony's I got looked funny .. Now it makes cents, you see the head was put on afterwards, but only on the painted ones. I can see it on the monos

Edit. Maybe that explains tofudrifters weird nasty nick ?

Received and opened my three Potomac boxes yesterday. No blacks, sadly. There were 5 yellows total--2 out of 2 boxes each and 1 out of the third box. Unfortunately, three of the yellows were duplicates of ones I already had (Michelle Muck, Corroded Carl and Fiery Francis). And I am still missing a painted Nasty Nick for my painted set (he's just not showing up in packs for me--out of all packs so far I've only found one green one).

But I did put a very nice dent into filling out my mono sets (well, aside from the yellow).

I found jumbo packs at my local Wal-Mart, and I got greens in both. I don't think that is necesarily indicative of the ratios, but have people opened a lot of those jumbo packs? Curious to know who is pulling yellows and blacks out of those. I am tempted to grab a jumbo with a Firey Francis showing just because I haven't pulled a painted one yet.

I am a software engineer who also does comedy.

When I was a kid, I collected MUSCLE, MIMP, Battle Beast and GPK, and I got back into minifigure collecting over the last year via cats like Tru:Tek and Eric Nilla.

I currently collect minifigures, both rubber and non-rubber, from the likes of: Tru:Tek (Disarticulators), Nama Niku, Eric Nilla (Universe of Violence represent!), Ironhaus, Rampage Toys, Healeymade, Bigmantoys, Triclops (B.A.S.T.A.R.D.S), Edge of Doom, Zectron, George Gaspar (OMFG and, not soon enough, S.U.C.K.L.E figures)...and now, Minikins.

I also collect some Kidrobot and lots of Randon Vinyl and Art Prints, etc...

Looking forward to being more active on the boards! Like, running on a treadmill on the boards, or skiing on the boards, etc...

How many figs are in jumbo packs? Same 1:1 color to mono ratio? Sticker inserts too?
