It's not brutal, it's unintentional comedy.

Yude is trying to be dramatic yet they are destroying established canon. I can't help but be entertained by all of this. Last month was absolutely boring, nothing epic-fail worthy happened.

Can't wait for Sunday!

What do you suppose the odds are that Viz is actually going to bring this over given that it's techically a seperate series then the first one going by the number count and the fact they've slowed down so god damn much.

I'm really pissed at how few and far between it's gotten. Even if they Do bring the second series over if they keep releasing them at this rate I'll be 30 if not older by the time it catches up to where Japan is now.

I'd say 4:1 against, but I'd love to be wrong.

Our glorious Milky Way is a tiny, infinitesimal speck of sand in this vast, incomprehensible universe. And somewhere in that Milky Way is our own solar system, less than one billionth of that speck of sand that is the Milky Way. And then there is our planet Earth, one hundred trillionth of that one billionth of that one speck of sand. And on this planet Earth there is DEV-0, an insignificant blemish with a lifespan too short to measure when placed in infinite time.

And you are here, with them, as so many specks of sand.

Unfortunately Viz goes where the money is...and while there are Kinniku fans, that's not who they want to cater to. Maybe if the whole series was sort of well respected, had a huge following and had a bigger presence, then the chance would be higher than it is.

Short answer: Viz sucks and they hate you.

Long Answer: I have basically ripped on them with so many posts I made, and for good reason. Popular, VERY over-rated series get treated like gold while good series (see Fullmetal Alchemist) get treated like trash. The release dates are good enough evidence, and some of the translations too.

And as I said in a previous post, manga!Nisei isn't Naruto, Bleachy or Shoujo Eye Sparkly enough to get an audience. Despite my loathing for the manga, I do kind of want to see it get respect since Toei Moneymation doesn't care about anime!Nisei and would rather rehash Dragon Ball Z.

Everyone is better off giving Del Ray their manga dollars.

I still think they'll finish off what was the remainder of Nisei before the Tag Arc.

Or Yen...then again the only series I'm buying currently that isn't Viz (or Japanese) are Fairy Tail and Soul Eater. (OK, there's Keroro at Tokyopop but I buy that out of habit and it hasn't been good in a long time)

Not going to happen. They already screwed up the ending of the Chojin Crown arc by having Kid Muscle win it instead of Kevin Mask. Furthermore, Nisei wasn't received very well, and that is the reason why it was canceled.

Japan didn't care for it (besides a small fanbase) because it's based off an adult manga. The manga basically ruined it's chances from the get-go, despite the fact it's amazingly awesome, B-grade animation aside.

Frankly, the a-list animes I see nowadays have no personality. Nisei anime had/has a personality, Toei just effed up the ending. (it could've been worse, they could've pulled a Sailor Moon SuperS on the anime)

How can anyone hate an anime that made Keiko's legs look like my avatar?

I've seen no indication that they won't finish the Demon Seed arc and the little bit that comes after it, Blackbeard. They've been putting it out slowly but somewhat consistantly at this point. There's only what? Four issues or so left to put out?

Depends on your point of view. The anime kind of ruined the drama, but gave Kevin what he truly deserved as the dub made him a massive whiny prick at this point. The manga did well with the drama, but made Mantaro's character development even worse.

UGH SO CONFUSING. I blame the manga.

Indeed. Did Mantaro win? Or they both lost?

Is this gonna cause a new time parodox? Because Kin will now have to remove his mask, and Mantaro will disapear. I'm confused ¬¬

Actually, I can live with that. The main characters don't lose, and neither do my favourite tag team of The Machine Guns. Win-Win situation.

When the between-the-matches fan fiction is finished. Takes about ten chapters at least to go through character development nobody cares about.
