As it stands there is only one transvestite in this series and that's Okamasaurus. All others are fan speculation. (well, maybe also that photo Choujin from the revived Olympics but I never really saw much of Nisei after a certain point as I've mentioned)

I was wondering when that song would come up.

I meant to put it up a while back, but now is as good of a time as any... yeah.

Does that mean that the photo Choujin from back in the revived Choujin Olympics would sing "I'm Just a Sweet Transvestite"?

Useless filler shouldn't sing awesome B-grade songs.

As it stands. anime!Nisei = Rocky Horror Picture Show in terms of awesome.

Guess I shouldn't mention that I planned to do a skit at an anime con, with Kurama singing that song then...

Former resident song translator, and as a result, probably the distant, insignificant relative of the translation family on this board.

Update (7/1/2012 [7th Jan]) - Years away can calm a mind down quite well. I don't think of myself as some maligned martyr of the site. Rather it's just that I was unfortunately caught by the mudslinging of a rather unpleasant (and unprofessional) translator, who didn't like people taking the spotlight away from him, particularly if they happened to actually be able to properly translate work, as opposed to him. Nevertheless, despite the fact that all my work was my own, I got constantly accused of plagiarism, thanks to this unpleasant individual constantly saying how I stole his work. (When rather, it was going to end up being the other way round.)

I'm a lot more forgiving about the whole ideal, with how I ended up getting treated on this forum, as a result of this incident, but at the same time, I am still not in any mind to come back and join in again, nor will I uplaod any more of my translation work on here. This includes any of my old work, or my newer and much more accurate work. Some may see this as being petty, spiteful or based off an old grudge, and you may be right. However, I thought I'd explain things a little.

Ugh... I knew it. I know I can't have been the only one to say this or think this, but I was quite certain that as soon as Suguru lifted his mask up, Mantarou would do likewise to blind people from seeing their faces with the Face Flash.

Our glorious Milky Way is a tiny, infinitesimal speck of sand in this vast, incomprehensible universe. And somewhere in that Milky Way is our own solar system, less than one billionth of that speck of sand that is the Milky Way. And then there is our planet Earth, one hundred trillionth of that one billionth of that one speck of sand. And on this planet Earth there is DEV-0, an insignificant blemish with a lifespan too short to measure when placed in infinite time.

And you are here, with them, as so many specks of sand.

Well, Suguru never learned it. He just suddenly could do it when the plot ordained that he couldn't die.

How Mantaro learned the Face Flash?

Well, remember when he was fighting Hanzo and was about to have his face sliced off? That was the first time he used it in order to break his blade; then he used it when he was fighting Constellation to make the constellation Serpentarius and block his Snake Body.

Most characters' faces look the same in Kinnikuman, but who am I to judge?

I'm just wondering what the face flash would solve, though, other than stopping people see Kinnikuman's face. (if you get what I mean)

Something just occurred to me after viewing this recent update.

We only get so many panels through Jenny's posts, mostly just panels about semi-stupid to retcon plot progression. Does anything happen in the other panels? How many pages did it take for Yude to get to this part of the plot? Was anything of it meaningful or was it pointless on the level of Mari appearances?

Seriously, only one panel. I don't know whether to find this hilarious or worrying.

And face-palming over Suguru's face. Does he REALLY have to look like Terry, Yude? >=/

The early pictures are the ones I get from 2chan, and they are almost always from the last part of the chapter. Then later in the week when the blogs update is when I do the multi-image posts. But the general jist of these non-action/fighting chapters seems to be:

1. "cliffhanger" from last chapter
2. character reactions to cliffhanger
3. stalling until end of chapter
4. new cliffhanger

Rinse and repeat.

And I really wish you guys wouldn't quote my posts, or at least remove the images when you do. No need to make the page even longer.

Well that explains why Suguru and Terry could switch masks so often. (see the first Black Hole fight or the "Mask the End" in the final Tag battle)

Meanwhile...I really need to fear for myself due to my last translated script giving me the nightmarish idea of "Kinniku-Watchman" (yeah, supposed to be Watchmen but there is a Watchman in Kinnikuman, it works)...and horrifically, it works.

-Comedian: Brockenman
-Roarschach: Warsman (though I had a silly image of him wearing a red wig with no mask in one scene...)
-Night Owl II: Suguru
-Night Owl I: Prince Kamehame (trust me on this)
-Silk Spectre: Brocken Jr. (well maybe a fusion of him and Bibimba)
-Dr. Manhattan: Crystalman (he's inhuman enough to make it work)
-Ozymandius: Sphinxman (it was between him and Mr. Khamen...but Sphinxman reminds me more of the original in having no powers and the ancient theme)

Please shoot me before it gets contageous.

I've already compared Nisei to Metal Gear Solid. Comparing Kinnikuman to Watchmen should be able to work.

Both simultaniously?
