Love the Groot, man.  He looks quite a bit more detailed than the BAF version, and that figure is no slouch.

 

Big fan of Adventure Time, but not so into the chibi/super deformed/etc. styles.

That figure is incredible! It's also about 3 times larger than I thought it was. He is a BEAST!

Can't take my eyes away from that last one....the lava flow....is that the 'plum' Turtle?

 

I couldn't decide on one, so I'm ordering two of the four.   After I have a chance to properly fondle those, I'll see about the other two.   :)

 

Guys, stop rubbing my nose in it -- I haven't got mine yet!!    :lol:

I got a package from Nilla today, that had some spare pressure pot parts (I have repairs that need made), and some JJBA:SBR (and one Battle Tendency) figures he brokered a deal for me to get. Mega stoked.

I am starting to think that show is about a bunch of Drag Queens, or extremely manly-looking women.

Hirohiko Araki actually makes the manly-manly dudes look somewhat feminine to kind of make fun of the shonen genre. He then juxtaposes that with ultraviolence and Clive Barker level body horror in the story. It's weird, but totally works for the story.

Don't feel bad, I thought they were figurines from 'RuPaul's Drag Race: Anime Edition'.

 

Manly dudes looking feminine?  Ultraviolence?  Clive Barker shit??     Damn, man, sounds more like one of my nightmares than an animated series.  Just throw in some eyeless mannequins and talking roaches and we're all set!
