My apologies. I can't quite make out the text in the actual RELEVANT panels, with Neptuneman-tachi, but I can at least give you some of the other stuff.

Guy with Glasses: Waira na Neptuneman & Mammothman wo ...suru de ... ["de (whatever)" is probably a sentence ending, used in certain sociolects. I shall explain later.]
Guy with Figures: Ei, Ani!
Yankee Student: Warii na, [can't make out kanji]tsu no wa Lightning and Thunder, da ze!
Guy with Glasses: Nanya to, gakiiii!

Guy with Glasses: [verb] da [adjective] Neptuneman & Mammothmans...
Guy with Figures: Y'got it, big brudda!
Yankee Student: Yo, sorry, but da [whatever kanji] ones are Lightning and Thunder!
Guy with Glasses: Wut wuzzat, ya lil' puuuuunk?!

To explain, it looks like that these yakuza guys and Yankee students are trying to cash in on the fight, and are trying to sell figures of the fighters (at extortionate prices, I'm sure). The yakuza guy wants to sell ones of the Hell Expansions, and the Yankees are trying to sell ones of the Five Disasters, and it would seem they're trying to take the same turf, to sell.

The guy in the glasses is dressed as your stereotypical yakuza guy, and this is why I would assume his speech style is a yakuza dialect, a sociolect, so to speak. This is why I've given the students and the yakuza the speech they have, i.e. "da ruff way o' speakin' dat says you ain't wanna mess wimme, y'got dat?"

Can't quite make out much more, except that it seems that the children wanted to come see the fight, and Jacqueline, Ikemen, Rinko and Sister are all attempting to keep things hush-hush, to possibly spy on the match or just to watch it without being noticed. ... Well, as unnoticed as you can get with large bustle skirts like those.

Genta seems to be the one who's made it like this, so he's apologised. "Gomen nasai, Sister."

Meanwhile, the two other children shown are under Jacqueline's skirt.

Boy 1: Nanka Jacqueline no anee-chan te ii nioi suru na.
Boy 2: Un!

Boy 1: We can do something like smell the good smell on Big Sis Jacqueline here...
Boy 2: Un!

Yes, the kanji there makes it hard to tell what they're saying about Jacqueline. If I had to make a guess and be cynical, the boys are probably little perverts in the making, and are happy to be under the skirt with Jacqueline like that.

Sorry for not being as useful here. I think the problem is that the person who uploads the scans that Jenny-san uploads here only uploads scans that are highlights of the chapter. Sadly, this includes only a bit of important plot points, and the rest is just comic relief that must have tickled their funny bone.

Though (warning: plug coming up) as a make-up present, I have some surprise translations coming up as a Christmas present video on my YouTube channel. This is on KonekoneFukkatsu. Look for the account, late Christmas Eve, and you shall find it.

Former resident song translator, and as a result, probably the distant, insignificant relative of the translation family on this board.

Update (7/1/2012 [7th Jan]) - Years away can calm a mind down quite well. I don't think of myself as some maligned martyr of the site. Rather it's just that I was unfortunately caught by the mudslinging of a rather unpleasant (and unprofessional) translator, who didn't like people taking the spotlight away from him, particularly if they happened to actually be able to properly translate work, as opposed to him. Nevertheless, despite the fact that all my work was my own, I got constantly accused of plagiarism, thanks to this unpleasant individual constantly saying how I stole his work. (When rather, it was going to end up being the other way round.)

I'm a lot more forgiving about the whole ideal, with how I ended up getting treated on this forum, as a result of this incident, but at the same time, I am still not in any mind to come back and join in again, nor will I uplaod any more of my translation work on here. This includes any of my old work, or my newer and much more accurate work. Some may see this as being petty, spiteful or based off an old grudge, and you may be right. However, I thought I'd explain things a little.

Things I noticed:

1) Yakuza scene serves no purpose of advancing the plot. Big Lipped Alligator Moment.
2) Those big nun dresses should be laughed at. Hard.
3) HOLY SH- THE MATCH HAS STARTED!?

Villains vs. Villains, awesomesauce. but yude will manage to screw something up. sad face.

I'd rather see the fighting now, then having to slog through boring shizznit. The nun outfits were funniest and in a stupid sort of way thing I've seen in the past couple of weeks, everything else was boring as hell.

Oh, and before I forget, MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!

Neptuneman and Mammaothman are doing well at first.

That's the first big giveaway in Kinnikuman that those characters will lose the match.

Kenta says ~"Sorry, Sister, but (we do this because) we want to watch the match no matter what." (I cannot quite make out the "watch" kanji, but that is the only word that makes sense in context.)

The bespectacled boy says "Jacqueline smells kinda good". and the bald boy agrees.

To fill you in:

- Kinnikuman became emo (and stopped being douchey).
- Mantaro and Suguru face flashed each other.
- After that, boring fan fiction.

It's been kind of dull since there is no failure.

Time Chojin will win, main antagonists have to fight the main protagonists.

I estimate maybe fifteen chapter or more for this battle to drag out.

i agree with matto on this one i cant see Neptuneman and Mammothman winning unless Yude wants to repeat the first Tag Arc again which would suck big time

Antagonists winning their match against side antagonists is very likely. Since Thunder and Lightning are the Big Bads of this arc (OR ARE THEY DUN DUN DUN), a big final battle will have to occur.

Despite being a manga in a PORNZ mag, manga!Nisei follows all Shonen Jump manga tropes to a tee.

tropes are far more entertaining then what is happening right now

Neptuneman and Mammothman are the secondary villains in this arc, much like Ashuraman and Sunshine were the secondary villains in the Dream Tag arc (and they lost). That being said, I also agree with Matto that it's pretty much guaranteed Neptuneman and Mammothman are going down.

Bullshizznit, i consider Ashuraman/Sunshine the main villains of the Tag Arc, even though they did lose earlier, thats just because they had to fight the main heroes earlier. I honestly dont find Neptuneman's powers to be very impressive compared to Ashuraman who has all kinds of crazy effed up magic at his disposal. The whole arc started because of him, Neptuneman/Neptune King kinda just showed up...

Im still convinced one of the following will happen...

1. T&L are Neptuneman and Mammothman from another time.
2. T&L are Goldman and Silverman.
3. T&L are Chaos and someone else(possibly Chaos again) from another time.
4. T&L are Mantaro and someone else trying to get rid of Kevin so Mantaro can win the Chojin Crown.
5. T&L are Neptune King and Omegaman or some other character(both are perfect Chojin).
6. T&L are Phoenix and one of his henchman or another prince(Big Body?) trying to alter the outcome of the Throne Arc.
7. T&L are two Chojin God's, possibly the god's of Intelligence and Strentgh.

2009 was memorable in a lot of ways to me. They are:

- This arc imploding itself in alot of bad ways, and it entertained me.
- All the manga thread derailment and hilarious user drama, which also entertained me.
- Team Kinniku being awesome and plowing through the G1 manga.
- Kinnikuman_Muscle.

Here's to another year guys and gals!

Bullshizznit, i consider Ashuraman/Sunshine the main villains of the Tag Arc, even though they did lose earlier, thats just because they had to fight the main heroes earlier.

Yude can go through so many different antagonists that it's not even funny. One team/Chojin can be Big Bad one chapter, then go into a Heel Face Turn the next, or a good Chojin can have a Face Heel Turn. Face Chomping Walleh is a very good example of this entire crap. He did the entire 180, but then DIED.

I WANT GOOD WALLEH BACK NOW PLZ.

I honestly dont find Neptuneman's powers to be very impressive compared to Ashuraman who has all kinds of crazy effed up magic at his disposal. The whole arc started because of him, Neptuneman/Neptune King kinda just showed up...

The villians/side characters are only important when Yude decides they are.
