Well, Neptuneman is one of the strongest (physically) Chojin in the entire Chojin world, and Neptune King has 50 million Chojin Kyondo, is huge, and presumably has fighting skills on a legendary level. They aren't very interesting villains, though.I honestly dont find Neptuneman's powers to be very impressive compared to Ashuraman who has all kinds of crazy effed up magic at his disposal. The whole arc started because of him, Neptuneman/Neptune King kinda just showed up...

Akuma Shogun was the only interesting villian. The rest were excuses for needing a Big Bad of sad arc. They aren't very interesting villains, though.
@Update Pic: LOOK AT THAT, retro throwbacks with alot of care put into it. Wish Yude put that same care in the plot and character development. =(
On the plus side, no emo!/douche!Suguru... though in my case it's more of a negative because it was entertaining.

Chojin Power is meaningless.

not if you want to turn a 9 into 6 (or a 6 to a 9 ). choujin power is a measurement for brute power. and brute power does have effect in battles (at least that statement is true for buffaloman... sorry big body, you had the same choujin power than super phoenix, you didn't had any advantage, skill or technique to do something against him)Well, Neptuneman is one of the strongest (physically) Chojin in the entire Chojin world, and Neptune King has 50 million Chojin Kyondo, is huge, and presumably has fighting skills on a legendary level. and look! there is another chance for neptuneman's demonic schuss and send his opponent to the swords! and a magnet power impalement with the swords (very ineffective on kinnikuman, though... superheros are kinda immune to any kind of weapon...)

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but Kinnikuman and Terryman lost to Mantaro and Chaos, right?

@ Evil Lord Proteus - Even though Ashuraman and Sunshine created a huge mess with the friendship box, they were not the main villains in the Dream Tag arc. In Shonen manga, it's a law that the primary antagonists always face the primary protagonists in the climax of a story arc. Neptuneman and Big the Budo made it to the finals, so that makes them the big bads of the Dream Tag arc.

Yes, yes they did.

No, it isn't brute power either. It's more like the power of your techniques. Buffaloman is stronger than Neptuneman, for instance, even though Neptuneman has more Chojin Kyondo.not if you want to turn a 9 into 6 (or a 6 to a 9 ). choujin power is a measurement for brute power. and brute power does have effect in battles (at least that statement is true for buffaloman... sorry big body, you had the same choujin power than super phoenix, you didn't had any advantage, skill or technique to do something against him)Well, Neptuneman is one of the strongest (physically) Chojin in the entire Chojin world, and Neptune King has 50 million Chojin Kyondo, is huge, and presumably has fighting skills on a legendary level. No offense, but your logic is rediculous.
By that logic, some good guys could be trying to stop some villain called Super Death Master Doom Satan from destroying the universe, and would have to enter some tournament to get to him, and by bad luck of the draw, said villain faces the good guys only half way trhough the tournament and he loses, the universe is saved. Now, at the end of the tournament the good guys come up against someone called Captain Silly Face who's goal is to slap you on the butt. By your logic, Captain Silly face is the main antagonist.

On a side note what exactly was the plan for Kendaman and Screw Kid because if they beat the team of Buffaloman and Mongolman and continued to win they would have had to face Neptunman and Big Budo eventually right?

Kinnikuman logic is ridiculous, so no harm was done. ;DNo offense, but your logic is ridiculous.
Filler baddies don't face important villains, ever. Those who are not important to the plot will not encounter that.On a side note what exactly was the plan for Kendaman and Screw Kid because if they beat the team of Buffaloman and Mongolman and continued to win they would have had to face Neptunman and Big Budo eventually right?

You misunderstood me. It's not my logic, but the rules of shonen that I'm talking about. I just used Neptuneman and Big The Budo making it to the finals as an example. Recurring villains (Ashuraman and Sunshine) are never the big bads in a new arc with newly introduced villains (Neptuneman and Big The Budo). That's just how it works.
Some of you may need to read more shonen manga to realize this concept.

Won't work against internet opinions!Plus, Budo would've just done his magical ab flex attack to kill them.

Wait a minute....Neptunman threw Lightning? Any chance he can control lightning like he did in the Tag Arc....
What you did there.
I see it.

As for the whole "who is the villain of the Tag arc" thing, basically the arc begins with Ashuraman and Sunshine as the enemy, but then when Neptuneman and Budo/Neptune King showed up and became the bigger threat, they became the villain. And Kendaman and Screw Kid...well they're just minions to set-up the big baddie by introducing the concept of Perfect Choujin just so we can be lured into a false security when they're defeated...and are nobodies.
What Ataru's been up to lately:
Well someone has to keep her in line.
