Did you find Swamp Thing at retail?  I saw the Marceline Abadeer at Gamestop. I just bought the GID Swamp Thing for $17! I am suposed to be cutting back on my Pops, but who can resist a GID Swamp Thing?  Not me!

I got the Marceline at Hot Topic. I would have got The Lich and Jake car w/ Finn if they had them, but Marceline was the only one from the next Adventure Time wave that they got early.

 

I found the Swamp Thing today at Suncoast Video. I'm going to pre-order the glow version from Entertainment Earth. It will look good next to the glow Cthulhu.

I saw The Lich and Flame Princess at Gamestop.  I had to pass because -- money!  I can never get the Hot Topic ones at retail.  I always have to get them on ebay... Cthulhu, Pumpkin King, Adipose, etc.  The GID one are my favorite!  The new GID club is going to be Cthulhu, Swamp Thing, and "Glowing One"  from Fallout.  There are probably a bunch that I missed, but those three are dope!

Got Hulk Hogan on the third try. Just wanted that figure to stand next to this parody Tech Deck Dude.  His bandanna says "Dudemania."  The other two figures that I pulled are George Steele and Ric Flair.  They are available for trade.  Don't you want a chibi hairy green-tongued George Steele?

-The two movies are sight-unseen "These movies looked weird, and we immediately thought of you!" (actual words)
-The McFarlane Dragon will greatly help my photography.  I use a lot of Dragon pieces as terrain and backdrops!

That is such a bizarre set of marbled colors on Hell Turtle, but I love it! If I had been able, I'd have pestered Eric to do a bunch of them that way for me instead of all the GITD ones I got (pretty sure he said something to the effect of 'hell no' due to the effort it would take, heh).

TECHNICALLY, I never said he made the one pictured. Eric made most of my UoV as a special commission a while back but when I suggested marble figures like that (or those initial green/orange promo ones, one of which I won) he said no.
