And far too many cheeseburgers to eat. Most likely he did get weaker since he secluded himself in the Thames River for such a long time while doing nothing. He had no competition, so there was no incentive for him to train.

LOL. The weird thing is that when Budo was disguised as Mildman, he was a lot leaner there. Then again, we've learned that disguises in this series don't accurately reflect the true body shape of the person. And far too many cheeseburgers to eat.

On a side note did Budo get water on his brain because he sent Kendaman and Drill Kid to get into the tourny but IF they won then they would have had to face Budo and Neppy...kinda a dumb plan no?

Remember that the original tournament bracket got changed right before the semi-finals. Before that, Screw Kid/Kendaman and the Hell Missionaries were on opposite sides of the bracket and wouldn't have fought until the finals.I think the cloaked figure just might be Checkmate...or perhaps NEptuneman from the past!? Imagine a Neptuneman and Neptuneman team up.

even so wouldn't have been better to send Screw kid and Kenda man and then appear after the tourny to mop up the winners?

What's up with the "Neptune" deal anyway? Since they use the power of the Earth, wouldn't "Jupiterman" and "Jupiter King" make more sense? Especially considering they never have anything to do with the sea...
I also wondered how he gained all that weight by walking around under the Thames. He's a LOT thinner in the flashback when Harabote explains the sword boards.
Neptune is also the Greek god of the ocean.

think about it like a Gym Leader in pokemon. before you can fight him you must defeat all or most of his minionseven so wouldn't have been better to send Screw kid and Kenda man and then appear after the tourny to mop up the winners?

I don't even think that they really intended to stay in the tournament. They may have decided to attack the match with the most A-list Chojin competing just for the sake for beating four powerful guys to show off the power of the Perfect Chojin.even so wouldn't have been better to send Screw kid and Kenda man and then appear after the tourny to mop up the winners?
Or maybe Big the Budo was just worried that Mongolman would be eliminated from the tournament before he had a chance to hunt his mask, so he sent someone to retrieve it before that could happen?
I don't know. They never really explained what Kenkaman/Screw Kid were actually doing there, did they?

Roman. Poseidon is the Greek equivalent. Which was kind of my point. Since they draw their power from the earth, wouldn't it make more sense to use Jupiter (Zeus)?Neptune is also the Greek god of the ocean.
Maybe the name refers to them "drowning" themselves in the Thames? But that wouldn't explain why Neptune King had the name in the first place...

I sorta think this whole thing with Neptuneman and Mammothman being great friends and that montage of pictures with each other is probably just Yudetamago, trying to mess around and be ridiculous. I mean they have done ridiculous stuff before. Also I really wish Viz would hurry up and translate this shizznit allready!
But then again...will they? I mean, Nisei isn't really the biggest seller for Viz and considering the Tag arc changes the name a bit, it could be an excuse for them to just stop once the original first part of Nisei is over. Shame if it is is but...that's manga for ya.

Somehow I doubt it would be that much of a loss to have Americans lose the WTF-ness of the Tag arc. I mean they're still trying to probably comprehend the mindf**ks Kubo pulled in Bleach.

The mindeffery Kubo is pulling is just a scapegoat in keeping his readers. He has put so much filler into his series that he has no choice but to mind warp his series right now.I mean they're still trying to probably comprehend the mindf**ks Kubo pulled in Bleach.
