Burke's Outlet gets these polyfect toys in pretty frequently, but all the Burke's outlet stores near me are shutting down. :(

I found these at Tuesday Morning about two years ago, think I might still have one left of the Stunticon KO if you're interested Epicus

What do/did these retail at? Five, ten bucks? There is quite a few on eBay in the $20-30 range shipped. Seems a bit high. Would also be a stretch considering that's roughly 25-35% of what you can get a complete original for. I like one of the sellers description, "authentic unopened Japanese packaging." I NEED that Menasor looking feller, Freihterpan.

The local thrift shops have been a bit stingy the last couple months which is rather surprising. I normally find that summer months are best for thrift stores. People cleaning up, leftover garage sale items, more people moving it seems. Yesterday wasn't bad though. Went to my two favorites and spent a whopping $4.50. These dice are pretty cool. The eyes remind me a bit of Monster in my Pocket eyes. I have some extras of those or one of these 1986 Imperial T-Rex if anyone is interested.

I dig that Yoda.

Btw, SirToys.com seems to have a pretty big selection of bootleg Transformers, but I've never ordered from there before. I also don't know if any of their products are sold still on-card.

I've been so iffy about ordering from there, but I've seen many people in the TF community do so. The guy running the place is also an active poster on one of the sites, (I think it's TFW2005.)

It's safe to say that they're loose, and that the plastic will be of a shittier quality given the prices.

(I've been on the fence about ordering his bootleg rainbow-coloured Piranacon set for ages.)

Got my absolutely britchin' package in the mail today from Sixthwizard.

I never thought I'd get to own one of these bad boys because scalpers pretty much camp out, (almost not kidding), in the toy aisles for shit like this.

Sixth sold this to me for a ridiculously reasonable price, (retail), and I couldn't be happier.

I don't have the app, due to it unfortunately being ONLY on iOS. (Buggers.)

But I will let my wife know!

I actually had that Metroid put on my head for the first time at TFcon, as mine remains MISB at the moment. IT HURTS.

Break that puppy out!!

Not sure if the person who plopped it on you let you hold onto it, but it's a great figure. The dome especially is squishy-like and soft.

I think Prisma just launched on Android a week or so back, actually.

I don't have an android, but somebody on Insta said it was out.

From what I recall there is a bunch of scam apps out that aren't actually Prisma, and some of them are allegedly stealing user data. I will look into though because I do want to use the app!

Draz the same thing kinda happened to me. I never saw a metroid at retail. A buddy of mine found one for me and I found him a gravity suit Samus and we just swapped. An amazing addition to my collection.

It's great when we can help each other out!

And I agree. It's one of my most favourite pieces in my entire collection. I never thought I'd get the chance to own one. The only one I'd seen previously to this, the assclown was asking $80 CAD for it.

Yeah, I got to mess with it, it seems alright. It's very much a figure that's just... there. I got it more because I didn't want to miss out on such a rare figure, or flip it if it absolutely came to that, than because I'm such a HUUUUGE Metroid fan. Because I'm not. I've played like an hour of the first Prime game, need to do more someday, and a bunch of the NES and Super NES games and those were okay.

One of the things I'm happier about is that I got one of the older ones. There is a newer version of the Metroid released where the dome is much more transparent. It gives you a very clear view of the painted and sculpted detail inside the dome but looks far worse at simulating the look of fluid inside the dome.

The two kaiju are Veron from Ultraman Taro and. Uhhh. I can't find the other one right now, odd. Gotta be another Ultra Kaiju though.
