Wow, I need to browse this section of the board more often. Dude your collection is effing sweet! I have to ask about that huge 100 ton figure. Is that a romando, I havent seen it before? That is amazing!
Thanks for the compliment mate, that means a lot coming from you. As far as the 100 ton figure goes, it was a limited Romando release that I picked up in Japan from Kaikodo. There is actually one for sale right now on Mandarake's website.

I'd also like to add, that I stopped picking up random Kinniku stuff when I go to Japan cause it seemed like I could never finish the series or it just caused me to have a bunch of odd random kinniku stuff, but when all thrown together like your set up it actually looks pretty amazing. Guess I will strt grabbing everything Kinniku like I used to when I am there.
I really started to enjoy collecting more, when I simply focused on picking up figures that I liked as opposed to trying to get every single figure in a given line. You can make any mishmash of figures look good if you display them right, even if the scale, design and materials are radically different.
From all your travels in Japan, I am sure you have been exposed to a ton of those little cabinet type toy stores showcasing completely random, colorful mixes of toys displayed together – there is just something about it that works. Japanese toy stores do a great job of working with limited space by combining collections, and that is where I got my inspiration if you can call it that.
Next time you are in Japan, or a family member sends you some little random figure, you can make it work for sure.
