My guess is that it is not really him... some new baddie in disguise.

Well... that's what I think as well, Perfect Choujins are known to disguise themselves. Hope this doesn't mean Neptune Man will be kicked out...

Maybe it is the real Budo (remember how perfect choujin defeatead and replaced? Maybe it's his time for revenge for whatsoever).
Or maybe it's the time shock from the Nisei Tag Past chaos.

Anyway I just love to see the new series, the pact of peace among Choujins. And seeing some old timers in the showdown in page 19.

^ Your help is much appreciated. Thanks Uoozuman :).

Just saw the chapter, and I've gotta say we're off to a very interesting start. Seems like there's going to be another perfect chojin invasion with what appears to be Big Budo leading the charge. Can't wait to see what happens.

This is, of course, FNATASTIC news! I 'read' the first installment...can't wait to see it scanlated!! The art looks great!

Now the most important part is for it to have NEW KESHI released and a NEW MICROMAN LINE (hey, a guy can hope, can't he?)

Neptune King was killed after the Dream Tag arc, and ever since then his body has been kept in the Celestial World of the Chojin Gods. That being said, unless Neptune King was revived somehow, it must be someone else assuming the disguise of Big Budo.

Omegaman was also able to partly morph into Budo, so he was definitely dead.

But THEN, he was shown in flashbacks in Nisei as a trainer for the dMp, so he came back somehow. And again, we have people like Teapack and Pentagon who don't seem to know if they're alive or dead at any given moment.

I think it is safe to say that fans read way more into in to Kinniku canon and continuity than Shimada and Nakai do. They do not answer questions like “why is Teapack no longer dead?â€￾ etc, because the answer does not exist.

I also believe that they do stuff like that on purpose as a joke of sorts to create intrigue and discussion with fans. They are pretty funny guys, and I do not think they have any intention of making everything line up perfectly in their universe.

Honestly, the fast-and-loose canon is something I love about the series.

My opinion? Teapack lived through the olympics. He gave commentary on the winning match, so he can survive losing his head. That was, uh... IO dunno who that was in the graveyard.

Seeing as how Neptuneman is a perfect chojin himself, he may be able to shed some insight on whether or not that really is Neptune King. Anyone see a possible showdown between Big Budo and Neptuneman in the next few chapters?

I wonder if they'll remember that Budo is simply a disguise for the Neptune King.

I still wanna know what he wore when he wasn't disguising himself in kendo garb!

^ This chapter page partly shows what he used to wear back in the ancient chojin competitions: http://www.mangaread...hapter-256.html

Here's a question: what are the rest of the justice chojin doing at this time?

Training above the sky or something like that. It was established on the Dream Tag Team arc.

That doesn't make sense. This story is taking place right after the Scramble for the Throne arc, which was the last arc of the original series. I think you're confusing justice chojin for perfect chojin. It was established in the Dream Tag Team arc that perfect chojin seclude themselves in the skies and train there.

I know that you did, but I'm not talking about perfect chojin; I'm talking about the justice chojin (like Robin Mask, Ramenman, Buffaloman, etc.).

Ah, thank you! I forgot about that - didn't we also see him underwater in Neptuneman's flashback?

(edit) Nope, he was in Budo garb back then, too.

Ohhh, I got confused... Sorry for my sudden stupidity.

I don't know about them; however, aside Terryman, Ashuraman and Neptuneman, we can see Curry Cook, Canadianman, Specialman, Oilman, The Amazons, Tileman, Chienowaman and Teapackman at the peace summit as well.

EDIT: At least I would like to see the minor characters to fight for a bit.

Big The Budo is on a rampage. He seems more aggressive than he usually is, and that means Geronimo was on the receiving end of a brutal punch to the face. Ouch. These new perfect chojin are quite a force to be reckoned with if they managed to overwhelm Neptuneman and tie him up.

In any case, it looks like Terryman will have to intervene soon.
