Not sure where to post this but I received an email from ebay stating this account was accessed by a third party and used fraudulently. :o I hope there werent too many members scammed. Does anyone have a personal interest with this seller? It would be interesting to hear what happened to those who bought from this bastard.

I got a similar notice this week as well. My case involves a seller whose auction I was set to win, but the seller created a new account, outbid me and relisted before 24 hours passed. I reported him of course. There's no place on ebay for that crap. His account got yanked. I think the wording ebay uses is to scare people out of doing sales for the items these sellers would were auctioning. It may just be scare tactics and not really a sellers account being hacked.

Either way, stay away from crappy sellers. ;)

Mashiphonez09 has so many ebay accounts it not even funny. I would point out who's the guy but I might be wrong. I'll put it as TGB say "lets not go into these crazy witch hunt"

I almost "won" at 500.00 auction from this mf. Lord help him if I had won and not got the goods. He was obviously shilling it. A friend of mine actually won an auction from him and he returned my friends money with in an hour. weird @#$%^%$#. Anybody have his actual name?

I guess I should have pointed out that my story has nothing to do with the seller in the OP's post. I was just commenting more on eBay speak than anything else.

Yeah I got burned by this M.F. as well. Ebay sent me a notification saying the same thing. :) I opened a case and was refunded thankfully. I just dont understand why anybody would try to do something like this? What is there to gain? One strange person that is for sure. All I can say is this person has some bad karma headed their way.

Been 2 years since I have left a negative feedback, had to today...

Seller Name:
ladyharrington111sbooksandstuff

auction:
http://cgi.ebay.com/...em=230418726577

What happened:
Won an 'odd lot' of MUSCLE men and one Random LRG, auction ended April 4th, Seller contacted me April 14th (10 days) says she 'lost' two pieces of the 8 and wanted to just ship me what she had, or if I wanted to 'wait' to see if she found the rest. Her feedback reflects sending items upto a month after the end of the auction... Avoid Seller. I demanded a refund and wont buy from her again.

Random new German buyer is trying to use feedback to extort a refund from me.

Buyer Name:
namahage (29 feedback)

Auction:
http://cgi.ebay.com/...em=120540389925

What happened:

This guy was trouble from the start, after two and a half weeks from the auction ending, he opens a paypal case against me for non-receipt, mind you this is AFTER I had already provided him with the registered tracking number which at that time showed the package had arrived in German customs. This was done without any attempt to contact me first.

When he does receive the package, I have the Paypal case closed and he messages me through eBay that the figure is in terrible condition, which is complete crap as it was a figure from my own collection that I have had for years and was in beautiful shape as seen in the picture in the auction. I've been selling toys for years and anyone that has dealt with me knows I don't sell damaged figures without explicitly stating any wear or damage in the listing or post on here. So not only is this guy a jackass but a liar as well (and he's saying this to me, like I don't know the condition of my own items?!?!)

Then he goes on to try and use feedback to try and extort me. He says the only way he is giving me a positive feedback is if I give him a partial refund, otherwise he is going to give me a negative and ruin my 100% rating (with nearly 1200 feedback), which is backed up by my feedback here on this board as well. He says he'll state that i misrepresented the figure's condition and took a month to ship, when he knows from the tracking that the figure was shipped 2 days after he paid.

Jerks like this make me sick and make me see why so many sellers will not deal with international bidders.

I've had so many GREAT transactions with people from other countries, buying from, selling to, and trading with, including many of you here on the board, that I would never think of limiting my transactions to USA only despite bad apples like namahage, but I recommend everyone adding him to their blocked bidder list so they don't have to deal with his crap.

Yes, I feel bad the package was held up at customs for a month, but those are the things you have to deal with when you buy internationally, it sometimes happens and is out of the seller's hands so get over it (different story if tracking was NOT provided, but that was not the case here). Getting Paypal involved when you already have a tracking number and then trying to extort a refund by holding feedback over someone's head is no way for a grown up to act.

End rant.

Buyer Name: ljuboja63

Real name: Xavi Lepetz

Location: Ugine, SE France

Auction: http://cgi.ebay.co.u...em=320530550769

What happened:

Sold these MIMP to him on eBay. I got a few alarm bells at first when, after I sent him an invoice, he contacted me and asked for my Paypal email. I sent him another invoice and my email, but for some reason he didn't use eBay checkout, he just sent me the money. I thought that was a bit odd, but I put it down to him being a new eBayer (only a couple of weeks at the time of the auction - more alarm bells) and I had the money anyway.

I sent the item out - tracked - on May 20th. Today, May 30th, he has just gone and opened up an Item Not Received Dispute. Seriously, after 10 days on an international transaction and without contacting me first? It's just not cricket.

Fortunately, I have the tracking number. It seems they attempted to deliver the item on May 26th. I've sent him the details, and I hope he will go check with his Post Office and that they have it, and that this deal will work out okay, but I can already tell you it's been more hassle than it's worth.

I've put the guy on my blocked bidders list as I think he's trying to pull a fast one, and even if he isn't, the hassle isn't worth it. Avoid.

Seller Name: bigmix1999

Location: Brattleboro, VT, United States

Auction: http://cgi.ebay.com/...2#ht_500wt_1154

What happened:

This all just happened within the last 30 minutes. I was the highest bidder on this satancross auction at $34.00 when all of a sudden it was removed and I received this email from ebay:

Thanks for your interest in this listing:

170503512175 - Muscle Men M.U.S.C.L.E Lot of 10 + RARE Satan Cross

We're sorry to tell you that the item isn't available for purchase anymore. We removed the listing because it likely fell into one of these three categories:

-- The listing doesn't follow eBay guidelines.
-- The item isn't allowed on eBay or can only be listed under certain conditions.
-- The listing contains pictures or words that may have violated copyright or trademark rights.

This is disappointing for everyone, but sometimes it's an action we have to take to protect you as a buyer.

Important: If you won the item and haven't paid for it yet, you don't need to complete the transaction. If you've already paid for the item, we encourage you to contact the seller to get more information about the transaction. If you don't receive the item, your purchase price plus original shipping may be covered by the eBay resolution process:
http://pages.ebay.co...g-problems.html

We're sorry for the inconvenience. eBay still has lots of other great deals. Just go to http://www.ebay.com to shop. We hope to see you soon.

Thank you,

eBay

The item has now been re-listed with a new starting bid at $29.99 and a BIN option of $100. I also noticed that a 0 feedback bidder had been bidding me up $1-2 at a time for about 5 consecutive bids. I thought for a second that maybe it was a shill account but dismissed the idea until I got the above email from ebay. I'm not sure what happened but maybe the guy thought he should be getting more money out of it? Anyway, I thought it was a douche bag move and that everyone should be aware of this persons actions. The seller does have 100% feedback so maybe I am wrong about the seller but as a warning to everyone here I would be cautious with this auction because of the red flags.

I just emailed him to ask what happened and I'll post his response if/when it I receive it.

I like how he writes in the description of the product: Very, very few of these leaked out into the stores and hobby shops.

I guess the person hasn't seen Stoneyface's Satan Cross :)

The original auction was an exact cut/paste of my auction. The seller even shortened/set the listing time to have it end 2 hours before mine.

Not sure who Bigmix1999 is or what I did to piss him off but F- him... I reported his listing because he broke Ebay rules and Ebay removed the listing.

He has reworded it and now it ends like 20 hours after mine, so thats fine.

Still, asshattery at its finest...

lol, he just lowered his buy it now to $75, I wouldn't be surprised if the auction disappeared again after mine ends, or if he doesn't really even have anything for sale... not sure what this jokers problem is... I am MORE than happy with the current $57 price of my auction, not sure why this guy is going out of his way to be a prick.

What happened with this:

Buyer supplied me with the wrong address and package was returned to me. He got a full refund on PayPal and cost me £10 with his error.

Not satisfied with that, he then left me a negative feedback on eBay.

He's also left a negative feedback to another reliable MIMP seller, trev4021, and I imagine he did exactly the same to him.

I cannot stress this highly enough:

Put ljuboja63 on your blocked list

This is the worst eBayer I've ever encountered, apart from that witch who robbed me of my Bad Eggz Bunch, PLEASE PLEASE can we shut this piece of sh*t out.

Guys, I need your help with this one. I'm not sure if this is the proper thread to post this one.

Last week I uploaded an auction on eBay about some sealed M.I.M.P's bags (29 of them).

Here's the auction: http://cgi.ebay.co.u...e=STRK:MESOX:IT

The winning bidder was equestriansale from Lincoln in the UK. His real name is Darren Grundy. He has 229 feedback, but 96.9% positive (3 negatives - 2 neutrals, all as a seller).

Today he mailed me saying that he received the items and he claims that ALL of the bags were opened on the back. Basically he accuses me of having opened the bags to have a look inside for rare ones and then shipping the items. He asks for a refund.

I know that I am new to this forum, so you can't just take my word for it, but I garranty you that I checked every single one of them before I put them in the envelope and they were sealed. After all, I'm not stupid to advertise Brand New & Sealed and ship open packages, only to get a negative feedback.

I believe that this guy, got the packets, opened them, checked the figures for any rares ones, replaced them maybe and now he is trying to drug me into this situation, possibly to benefit from a couple of figures.

How am I supposed to defend myself from this guy? Has anyone else had a trading experience with him?

Xag, if the guy is running a scam dont let him run one over on you. Email him back and say that the items were 100% not opened when you shipped them and as advertised, tell him you will not accept a return since he has obviously modified the items from the way they have shipped significantly decreasing the value... if he files a paypal claim, tell paypal the same thing and let them figure it out.

I contacted eBay explaining the situation.

The guy is full of s**t. Today he mailed me saying that he is not claiming that I tampered with the bags, just that maybe over time the glue has come off etc.... First he claimed every packet was open, now he says he discovered it on the second packet.

He claimed he had pictures and when I asked for them, he said he ....... doesn't have a camera yet and that he is buying one today...... :KS:

Anyway, I contacted eBay explaining the situation with his mails as reference and now I'll just wait to see what they have to say about it.

I guess that's the last time I trade with someone with less than 100% feedback....

Block him from bidding on your items. Bought a set of 15 Mini Gormiti from me and left me a negative because:

it was said "mini" when they're "micro"

What? Firstly Mini Gormiti and Gormiti Micro are the same thing. Secondly, the description says they are 1 inch high. What was he expecting?

If you sell GI Joes, be aware of a troll that doesn't pay. After I put my Scarlett auction on Ebay, I had a high end buyer contact me about Scarlett to get information. In the discussion he mentioned that there is a troll that has several names that are Alpha/Delta, then #s. Thankfully, this idiot only bid on one of my auctions. I was able to get Ebay to close this guy's account (alpha1572), but I imagine he has more.

If I sell GI Joes again (or anything for that matter), at the end of the description I'll be putting: If most of your feedback is "green," but the comments are all negative I will cancel your bid. That is what alpha1572 had. After a couple of tries with Ebay customer support, I was finally able to get Ebay to see what I was talking about and get the account closed.

I recently listed two Rally's/Checker's Transformers Beast Wars Rhinox figures. Both had shill bids.

jesk520 won the first auction and never paid. stka42 bid up the first auction and did not accept a second chance offer.

Then, jesk520 bid up the second auction (until I canceled his bid and blocked him). stka42 won the second auction and never paid.

Regarding the two posts above this one: I have been burned selling Transformers on eBay by someone who is almost definitely the same troll. These are the accounts I have identified and blocked:

alpha172, alpha995, delta1328, delta7982, delta892

There were more too, but the accounts must have been deleted because they now just show up as things like "1105514159@deleted" in my blocked bidders list.

My experiences with this mystery actor go back at least a decade. Whoever this is is really into their particular niche of trolling.

Thank you
