I don't think Kickstarter has a Paypal option.I might be throwing a few dollars at this. I could use that Leo for my collection. I didn't see paypal listed any plans on adding paypal?

Ok you may have allready said this. But what happens if you back it but it doesnt make enough money? D0 you get your money back? Is there a reasion for the 1 beast being smaller and not having a chest plate for a sticker? He doesnt really match the others. I really do like them and depending on the answers will be placing a bid. Jay
You aren't charged until it's fully funded. Correct Jkaris?

Here are a lot of answers in regards to backing a project:
http://www.kickstarter.com/help/faq/backing%20a%20project
But to answer your questions direct, when you back/pledge, nothing is actually charged until a project's funding date and only IF the project has met it's funding goal.
So, come March 14th, if the project has reached the goal of $11,000, then everyone who pledged will have their cards charged at that time.
However, if ROTB doesn't reach it's goal, nothing is charged.
As far as the smaller figure (Komodo Dragon) being different, he was actually a different body style that was being looked at. He was never going to see the light of day, but based on the feedback here when he was shown, the decision was made to go ahead and run him. If he is successful, then more figures like him (the squat body style) will be made in coming series. In regards to his chest piece being different, from what I understand, the Lion and Komodo will have their chest cavities re-worked to match the Gorilla and Horned Toad. As noted above, ROTB will not have sticker emblems like the original Battle Beasts. But nothing will preclude you guys from adding your own.

1. I saw updated concept art for 2 of the figures for Series 2 last night. Holy shit they are incredible! As soon as I am able, I will post it. May not be for a while though.
2. There is a small run of 500 Lion figures being put in this week. It will be a brown Lion with gold armor. Samples will be done 20 days from that point (I'llhave pics to post here and on Kickstarter) and the actual figures will be finished 20 days from then. This will server a few purposes.
a. If the Kickstarter funding reaches it's goal, then this will be a free "Bonus" figure for all those who pledge at a $45 level or higher. I will add that info to the Kickstarter page tonight.
b. If Kickstarter does not reach it's funding goal. these figures will be the first run of the line and will be sold to generate revenue for the next batch.
3. Here is the recoloring of the Lion figure in his regular issue color scheme (white with gray armor)

I don't think Kickstarter has a Paypal option.
JK is right. No PayPal for KS.
PayPal is partners with eBay.
Kickstarter is part of Amazon.
Those guys don't play nice with eachother.
Dude, you make me laugh.......at you.

So this Golden Lion is for each $45 pledged or higher!? I've seen the update and he looks way cool would be nice if you'll get him for each $45 pledged, Jon?

OMFG had 425 backers over a 30 day period with a total of $15759.
That's an average pledge of $37.08 per person.
That's $525.03 pledged per day.
We're just past the 72 hour mark (3 days have elapsed at 10:45 eastern time on 2/15) for ROTB with 24 backers pledging a total of $1105.
That's an average pledge of $46.04 (BETTER THAN OMFG)
That's an average of $368.33 per day. (WORSE THAN OMFG)
Right now ROTB is about 10% of the way to the pledge goal after 10% of the time has passed. You're looking on pace!
However, some things to ponder:
->The average pledge is $46.04 (better than OMFG). Is this sustainable? Will all ROTB backers continue to be so generous?
->The daily pledge average (with "day" ending 10:45 eastern pacific time. 77.5 hours have elapsed as of this post), the average is only $368.33 per day. This MUST, at a minimum, remain consistent throughout the rest of the month for the funding goal of $11,000 to be met.
