Your entire list is pretty damn good actually but as far as hands down the greatest adventure game of all-time i would put Psychonauts one spot above Grim for sure. 

 

I will have to reserve judgement until I play it, then. Both games are by the same supremely talented fellow, so I'm not ruling out the possibility that you are correct

They are remastering Grim, cant wait! and yeah Tim Schafer is a great storyteller.
