Not to be skeptical, but when a guy who works at Burger King says there's going to be an Ultimate Muscle promotion at Burger King... and then says no, they're going to be somewhere else, I get suspicious. If they were never a BK promotion to begin with, then how did he hear about them? Do they send out secret spy reports to all Burger King managers telling them about other chains' promotions? I don't think anyone's lying, I just think it's a big sitcom-ish misunderstanding. Bandai might have ideas for a UM promotion, but it seems like the show/toys would have to be popular first, and apart from us biased geeks, I don't see evidence of that. It would be too weird to have a fast food promotion for something nobody's heard of. "Huh? Ultimate what??"

I hate to counter vagueness with vagueness, but according to information I heard in passing while at 4Kids today, UM is popular. Unfortunately, I can't be more specific at this time, but believe me, you're not alone in wondering "where's the merchandise?"
