Is that your total find, those 24 figures? If so, I bet someone here can determine the provenance of the purple claw just by being among those 24 figures.

Hand lotion.

Hand lotion.
Get it?
Because it is a claw hand.
But seriously. I would just put a bit of lotion or oil on it. Vitamin E, mineral oil, anything you would put on your skin. Photograph it. And then wash it off. Mention in your listing that you did this if you want.... for that fresh out the surf "wet look."
Anyway, it looks like yours cleaned up well -- regardless.

I'm on the hunt for a fake claw now.
There is a place in France where the bootleg claws dance.

I'm hip to those, but they are featured as repros and not as genuine muscles- they aren't trying to pass them off as genuine muscle for $1000. That's what I mean when I say I haven't seen a list with a fake claw trying to be passed as genuine. All the fake claw/bootleg/repro purple claws haven't been portrayed as authentic muscles.....There is a place in France where the bootleg claws dance.

The propay/soup kitchen 153 was a fake that was actually sold and delivered. The first buyer renounced the authenticity of the figure once the second auction appeared, and then never posted again.
There also was a rash of auctions a few years back, in maybe 2012, which featured flesh 153's that had been poorly dyed, but it was so obvious from the pictures that no one took the bait.
And please, I do not know why anyone ever would, but don't pour oil(????) on your M.U.S.C.L.E.s. Phrases like that, on a website called LittleRubberGuys, just gives us more hits in fetish-based internet searches!
