here's my can crew collection. i thought these were going to be cooler than they turned out to be. glad i only paid $3 for them. most of the figures stand, but there are a few who are as wobbly as a drunken hobo.

one last capsule critter to get and i'm done!!! i just need the yellow crab guy. i've got doubles of almost every figure now. and that damned green one i've got thousands. i swear it's like the hydrax of capsule critters. anyone looking for tradsies let me know.

EDIT: anyone else suspect that the danglers may be bootlegs?

I ran across the Cutie Monsters (without the straps) at Red Robin yesterday. They are exactly the same scuplts but solid colored. I have pretty much given up on capsule critters so these may have to fill in the holes.

no, freaky geeks are pretty old. although you can still find the entire set on ebay from time to time. i got mine for $3 i think.

Funny-I've got (or had, I'll have to see) those capsule critters near me at a Schnucks. I noticed them because every time I go to a supermarket/walgreens/any damn store, my son always asks if we have quarters for the "little machines" as he calls them.

I actually gathered up all my quarters and was gonna take him on a "little machine" hunt today to see what we can find. If it's anything worthwhile I'll post here

No such luck, I think. I stopped by a couple and they seem to have replaced the capsule critters with 'mini-malz' or some other awful thing like that. I'll keep my eye out though, and I'll let you know if I get the crab.

does anyone collect the anime/manga gashapon trading figures, like akira, trigun, bleach and so on they come in a box rather than a capsual.

I collect a few but my 'collecting' is few and far between at the moment. I have a set of naruto fig keychains, some Saint Seiya. I want Bleach and a few others. My 'shopping' is limited to ebay and here on the board. Just picked up a couple of Gundam girls and one cool one with a weapon. But so far that is it.

get loads of bleach ones as they are the most popular ones. gundam ones are nice soo too are the trigun.
