I just got my UK Series II in and the Cavern of Roscamar does indeed have 2 gold earthers in it:

argos is shizznit, i dont want to fill in a stupid ticket or press a stupid machine.

its like when you got to morisons.,no i dont want to scan and weigh my shopping. i am gonna buy some stuff and you can bloody well run it through the till! if i wanted to do it i would get a effing job as a checkout girl!

they want you to give the money and to do all the hard work. they are now anal about plastic bags aswell!!

i tell you what morrisons hows about you stop selling easter eggs wrapped in foil then plastic then card with a packet of sweets in its own plastic bag and let me put my shopping in a hairy tacoing bag so i can take it home with out it all going on the floor. i dont want to squeeze bread and tins into one bag they need theyr own bags!

and they made me show id last week for a bottle of wine. the stupid bint says "its challange 21" well at the time i was 24 and i am clearly not 17. eff right off!

i went to the customer services bit at argos and asked if they had the island of gorm. they said they had one left.

i asked them to open it. inside was 12 regular series 1 gormiti and the three gold series 2 gormiti.

jo bought then it and give it me for my birthday. the set os only good as a display fot the other sets and is just a peice of cardboard and some vacuum formd plastic shapes. the figures however are uber cool.

the box has a sticker saying 12 extra figures. it says it in the argos tome also. i guess its just an argos gimmik.

Have you seen this exclusive TRU box with 5 gold figures from cartoon serie??

It's at least available in France (seen on the Xmas catalog, not yet seen in real.

Okay now that looks like a nice display piece... now I'm rethinking my stance on gold figures.

I have seen on eBay, but sadly does not seem to be released in the UK

I don't think we are getting the extra 6 Cartoon Volcano figures either, these came with the 12cm figures in Europe but our 12cm figures don't have them.

However we do have exclusive silver Magic Egg figures and a Gold Lord of the Sea in the Lords box, so go figure... I think Giochi Preziosi is making us chase these things all round Europe!

Argos are showing the 12cm figures with the extra Volcano guys in the book, but they only sell those, magic eggs and the vehicle sets.
I am still yet to see any Single packs or 4 packs anywhere.

Do they really? How odd. I didn't order any from the wholesaler, but the ones I've seen on eBay had no extra figures in:

I wonder if Argos just used stock pictures from the continental release, or maybe they have some kind of exclusive deal going on. Until I see one of these in the flesh, I won't believe it

Acidonia - Can you see the gold figures without having to open the box? For example if i went into Argos and asked to see it would i be able to see if it contains the Gold ones?

The Volcanco Playset here in Canada, the gold figure is visible via a window in the upper left hand corner. Walmart was clearing them out for $20.00 Canadian. My Nephew is gonna LOVE it, that is if I don't decide to keep it for myself....

The 12cm Figures in Argos do come with a Volcano figure and its correct card. A few week week back I tried every argos near me to find the last one I needed Magion that comes with Spider the cruel but none have it. One only had 11 in stock and they was all Jessica the Air Lord . The single packs and 4 packs on the back of the card both say the 6 Volcano figures are only available with 12cm figures yet Argos is the only store that seems to sell them with them included. They come in a Square boxed shaped card like the Magentic Figures do but its slighly bigger.

They is one Volcano Non lord you can get without buying a 12cm figure Bombos The Fire Power it has a sliver magic egg version as well but that dose not come with a card like all Gold and Sliver figures.

Yeah, you're right about these things in Argos, I bought the last 7 that they had in the stores here and got 1 each of Magmion, Lavion, Jessica and FOUR Lucases

The good news is that they were only £7.99 each so I think I'll have little trouble getting my money back on eBay cos people have been buying the 12cm figures on there without the bonus figures for £10.

Now if I can just track down a Nick and Toby...
