I just want to say thanks to all of the people that submitted pictures and figures for the tournament. Soupie should get some special attention too. His suggestions made it pretty damn far in this tournament. Six of the final eight figures were figures he suggested for the tournament, and he almost ended up with four of four in the "Final Four."

i just thought it could have used at least one hanging chad.
THAT would have been a win/win situation for the whole world.

I don't think anyone is implying that it was "rocket science." However, setting one of these up, gathering all the images, setting up each thread, and keeping track of the rankings is time consuming. Also, putting up with all the criticism and "suggestions" isn't easy. Seriously, a lot of people here seem to have a very difficult time dealing with conflict and/or criticism. I truly applaud Veers for setting this up and sticking with it.as far as elections, go this was ok. seems like anyone could have pulled it together. not like it was rocket science or anything.
More importantly, based on the voting, there seemed to be an average of 35 members participating. That's pretty damn good. So while it may not be rocket science, I don't think anybody else could put together a contest that had 35 regular participants. At the end of the day, I come here for fun, and Veers' contest added to that, and I thank him for it.
Plus Doc is gay.

I don't know that any of us here are rocket scientists... But I dug the tournament, anyways. It was good, clean fun.

You should volunteer to do one. There is a whole lot more time and effort put into one than it seems.as far as elections, go this was ok. seems like anyone could have pulled it together. not like it was rocket science or anything.

Any ideas for another Poll while we are at it? If we can get something up I'd be more than happy to try and host one. I was actually hoping to be a big part of this one, but a bad Internet connection erased some BIG P.Ms I was trying to send a while back with a bunch of info before I could send them correctly.

I thought maybe we could mix it up, since most of us collect more than muscles or Little Rubber Guys, but action figures and such. Maybe we could have an all out Toyline Knockout! We can start a nomination thread to pick some of the best toylines up to this day, and then choose a figure from that line that best represents the best of it. Guess that makes sense.
Any takers?

1. Superhero Squad
2. Megaman Keshi
3. BEB
4. Gormiti
5. Garbage Pail Kids
Those ones come to mind immediately. Now, the problem is that BEB wouldn't get 64 different entries - they don't even have 32, do they? A good idea might be to run each as its own division, or run a few polls at once, but the question is finding somebody willing to take all the time.
