Noppin is back up. Here's their responce.....
Thank you for using our service.
Our web server incliding email server had been down completely.
It was from around 5pm on Nov.20(Sat) to 2pm on Nov 21.(Sun).
It has been 21 hours.
Our web host company reported that there was an failure in the server on around 4:30pm.
And soon after that we were not able to our website completely.
We were not able to receive any emails because email server was also down.
We are trying to contact them to restart our web server by email over and over.(No phone response on Sat & Sun)
Then we finally received a contact that they restared the server.
Now our website is working.
We tried to resolve the problem as soon as possible during weekend.
But we could not do anything until the customer service of the web hosting company today by email.
We apologize about this and inconvenience caused.
