Hey I stumbled on this and thought I should mention that I blew the chance to own all the 6.5 inch figures! I wasnt a muscle head at the time so I opted not to buy them. But as far as I can tell in Chicago they were pretty abundent!

Why did you bring this back, you wiseguy? This is a pretty depressing topic.
Why isn't UM popular? Well, I think it's cuz girls (except some of you here) don't want to see them make out with each other. That's usually how animes work. Look at the inexplicable popularity of Prince of Tennis.
But whatever, more MUSCLE for us.

Who said I was bashing anything? I just said that I think they aren't as likeable as the G1 characters, which I don't think is too outrageous of a claim.Must you always bash UM? =/The characters aren't nearly as memorable or likeable as the G1 cast, for one thing

What "whent" wrong I think is really it doesn't look very interesting at first glance. When I saw previews I thought it looked STUPID. I called it that too,STUPID,DUMB. I partially blame myself for it's failure,even though one person wouldnt've mattered either way. It seems I have the habit of liking things long after their breif poularity of things is long over. There was just so many shows that I took for granted back when,and I look at cartoons now and some of these cartoons just make angry. There's maybe two cartoons I like anymore. I miss old school cartoons so much. They said some of the older cartoons were 30 minute toy commercials,but geeze. Today,it only got worse. At least shows like Transformers and He-Man had character development,and all jokes didn't stem from the use of the word booty. Booty. Man,I F***ing hate that word to no end. Unless were talking about pirates. I don't mind when pirates use it. Pirates are coool. Why isn't there cartoon about pirates? Better yet pirates with SUPERPOWERS! I think later I'm going to make a comic about that. Superpirates.

well..I rather to see the original version...
but I only knew about Kinnikuman via Ultimate Muscle....is all we got here in Brazil...
since I was a little boy I have that Kinnikuman NES game(that one with Kinnikuman,Terryman,Broken Jr.Robin Mask...)
I'd never realized that there was so many things behind that game....
