I have to agree. Since Phoenix has already been revealed, it doesn't really make sense to shadow him out again. (and Ataru did suggest that he was keeping tabs on his brother prior to the Throne Arc, so it makes sense that he's around)

I think that was Mayumi since they have the same cloak. Would Super Phoenix or Ataru really react to an attack from MEAT?

As for Mantaro learning about the three sacred moves of the Kinniku Clan, while the Muscle Spark is the obvious choice I wonder if maybe Yude has something different planed for all this.

I'm pretty sure it's Mayumi. Wouldn't it make sense since the mysterious figure and Mayumi have the exact same cloak? There's also most likely a missing page with Mayumi yelling at Meat for doing that.

I predict Mantaro using a variation of the Muscle Inferno that gathers momentum in the same way the Muscle Millennium does, rather than the mid-air direction change that Zebra did.

I don't think Phoenix will be coming back in this arc. His appearance was essentially just "...and that's how Mammothman and Super Phoenix became friends. Together, they'd go on to kill Kinnikuman's brother and almost take over the universe, but you already know that story".
