Learning all three of them was a requirement for all rulers of Planet Kinniku, but Mayumi sucked too much to actually do it (and apparently, quite a few rulers before him were in a similar situation). The gods eventually had to lift the requirement because it had been so long since anyone was strong enough to use the techniques that nobody actually remembered how to do them.

So yeah, he still sucks.

So the last few weeks...yeah, Mantaro's trying to learn the Muscle Spark and who the heck knows what they expect to do after they essentially deconstructed the original with this tag arc.

And he seems to have masterd the last part pretty fast.

But what i want too know is why did he not do the leg part,

I'd say that mantaro is still failing at the first part. Now he just grabs the arms, but doesn't use his legs. He's missing the most important part of the technique, the only part that is actually shown in the canvas

It looks like Manta is having trouble with the first part, so has come up with a way of getting to the second aprt faster? Not sure. It wont be doing quite as much damage as Suguru's and Ataru's until he can get the first part down, though.

No, Super Phoenix had a severe heart problem/disease. It just so happens that it began rupturing/giving out after the first part of the Muscle Spark.

The first part of the Spark (sans the gripping of the arms) was enough to beat Zebra, though.

In any case, I think Mantaro is going to come up with his own move to defeat the big bads of this arc. Just for the sake of being original.
