Well he must be able to control how much power he puts into it as he used it on all those guys that were helping him train for his fight with Terryman and he used the first part on Terry when Terry was physically and mentally drained. And he walk away unharmed so yeah If he put a full one on then Maybe he could kill someone but if he just holds back a little then the opponent will be ok.

Right now, I'm wondering what Tag Team finisher Mantaro and Kevin Mask can possibly have. A Tower Bridge on top of a Kinniku Driver could work, but that would be too similar to the Muscle Docking. Hmm.....
