What is a Waterbear? I never heard of this before!

 

I always try to stress that even if Kinkeshi look filthy or dirty just give them a cleaning. Most can be saved or look as good as new after a cleaning with hot water, dish detergent and a sponge.

 

My dumba** threw a ton away my first year of collecting thinking they were ruined!

A thorough cleaning, you say?  Preaching to the choir, dude; I've been restoring C4s to C8s for decades.  A stiff brush, HOT water, soap, and elbow grease = from trash to treasure.

They'll obviously never be 100% again - I have no control over things like fading, slashes, and deep ink - but you really can bring a lot of these older guys back from the edge with a bit of effort.

They are sofubi, and I buy vinyl from time to time, but I don't collect it.
