They're doing a new Nisei storyline starting on the 28th of this month. The Kinnikuman franchise is still doing very well in Japan, so rest assured the series is far from over. Expect big things to come soon enough.

Thank god for that. This is the worst place ever to leave the story, what with Mammothman knowing the future, Thunder is still around and the fact they have not even gotten back to the present yet.

No official word yet on the storyline. Could be a continuation of the last arc, completely new story, or the Mayumi prequel. They have just been calling it the "New Series."

We will know on the 28th though!

Looks like the first chapter of the new series is getting a special preview in the print version of Weekly Playboy. The rest of the series will be all digital until the trade paperbacks come out.

Highlights from the first chapter:

World peace, end of the cold war.

Choujin growing friendships and helping others.

Terryman said he is going to spank that kid unless he puts his dog on a leash.

Kinnikuman went back to planet Kinniku to be 58th pres vowed to never return to earth as there is finally peace. Left Meat behind to chill with Terry and Robin.

Peace Accord with Seigi, Perfect and Akuma Choujin (signed by Terryman, Ashuraman and Neptuneman.

Choujin vow to help each other and not to break the Accord.

Fan appreciation day - only two Seigi healthy enough to go. Rest in suspended animation healing bubble things. Cannot leave until fully healed from wounds/damage from previous arc.

Another broken shoelace! lol

Baddies show up seemingly breaking the Accord.

This is obviously going to be about how the Devil Making Factory was formed, so Sunshine is probably gonna show up with a horde of Akuma Chojin aswell. Hopefully with a few familliar faces. I for one want to see Black Hole and Mr Kamen again. I also want to see Wolfman/Rikishiman show us what he can do at last.

I, for one, would want to see the "unused" chojins fighting, like The Turboman (he is showing up on the page right aside Budo) and Big Radial.

I also wanna see Big Body show us what he can do aswell, but i dont think any of the princes got to keep their powers.

Also something has been bothering me. Wy are all those chojin being healed up? Wernt some of them directly revived by Suguru? Did he revive them with wounds?

wow. 1 week in and its already gotten serious. This is going to be one epic arc. Still, is it me, or does that dog chojin remind me of one of those chojin we saw in the last few pages of the previous arc, you know, the ones that were drawn by the public.

They might be reader-made Chojin. Thunder & Lightning's disguise forms were fan-chojin, as were a bunch of the other competitors in that arc.

Also I liked The Turbo Man before the design change. You all noticed that his design changed, right?

Yes, I did. Actually, I like the new, streamlined design better; the one from before was a bit goofy.

Good point about Sunshine, though - what if the leaders of each allied chojin group fight his former allies? That may allow an Ashuraman x Sunshine fight!

So this new group are calling themselves 真ã￾®å®Œç’§è¶…人“The Real Perfect Choujin.â€￾ Kinda funny that the furigana for shinno and kanpeki actually say "real" and "perfect."

As far as Turboman's design change, ya, I noticed that as well! I like the update. The Dalmatian dude was a fan submission Choujin that appeared in the back of Nisei - nice catch.

Actually, there's some of the real perfect choujin that are from previous fan-desings. I can remember the dragon one, don't know where from though. Also, don't you think one of them (the one with an x marc in the mask) looks kind off a Hell Missioner?
Poor Geronimo, he's gotten the infamous first easy ko of the arc u_u
