Anyway, I'm very curious about what Atlantis could do.

Let's recap shall we?

Stecasse King had new tapes and new abilities to go with them.
Mr. Khaman had his new abilities to turn into iron and to split his body.
Black Hole had his "Extreme BlackHole" and "Four Dimensions Kill" abilities.
Atlantis already has his water manipulation and Atlantis Driver, so not much he can improve on.

This is off topic, but I just realized there could have been a better way the Kinniku Scramble for the Throne could have been resolved. The Fated 5 Princes and Suguru could have just took a DNA/Paternity Test to see who was related to Kinniku Mayumi and Kinniku Sayuri instead of just fighting and killing each other.

As the crowd was horrified by the decapitated head, Terryman wondered why Blackhole had to go that far when he won.

"You're telling me you Perfect Choujins accept death to make due for your own loss?" - Blackhole

"It might look noble from the exterior, but you just want to show off in front of others, don't you?" - Blackhole

"Who allowed you to kill yourself!? Your pride as a Perfect Choujin?" - Blackhole

"We've been given order by the Great One to burn you all to ashes for his own satisfaction!" - Blackhole

"That's right! While we don't like those Justice Choujins as well, we don't fancy egoists like you who brandishes yourself as perfect elites!" - Atlantis

"Gehihihi~! And that's why we're here to pulverize you all!" - Mountain

Springman praised Blackhole for his words befitting for a Akuma Choujin, and reminded Terryman once more that they were never here to be supports for Justice Choujins. And Buffaloman revealed their true intention...

"The purge of all Perfect Choujins!" - Springman & Buffaloman

Hearing that, Terryman questioned if Buffaloman really planned to commit genocide on Perfect Choujins, to which the latter agreed with.

"And I thought we have known each other for a long time. Are you going to repeat the same history again? Hatred will only call to another hatred. Shouldn't you at least understand that, Buffaloman? Then why?" - Terryman

Unfortunately, Buffaloman rebuked him. From the camera, Blackhole told his companions that he had done his work for now and would be taking his rest. He also noted that he would be leaving the rest to them before cutting off.

"Good work, comrade!" - Buffaloman

Terryman found that they couldn't agree to either sides, and urged Kinnikuman that they had to do something about it. Breaking from Peekaboo's attack, Kinnikuman stated that he would do something about it as promised before the match...

"So believe on your friends' strength. You might call me a fool for this...but I believe in Buffaloman!" - Kinnikuman

... and landed Peekaboo down the canvas.

Upon hearing it, Buffaloman gave out a smile, but was quick to order Springman to sit down and spectate.

Over at London, Atlantis got Marlinman in a hold, but Marlinman was able to get out of it and put Atlantis in a backdrop stance. Atlantis was able to escape and pin him down the canvas. This time, the crowd didn't cheer for the Akuma Choujins upon knowing their true motive.

"To begin with, it's improper for us rotten-to-the-core devils to be given cheers! This is the normal reaction!" - Atlantis

Atlantis told Marlinman that the Akuma Choujins had done researches as well, and that their fighting potential in underwater would most probably be even. So if it developed into an unexpected ground battle, Marlinman would surely be confused and helpless. After a succession of attacks, Atlantis got Marlinman in a Bow & Arrow, one of Robin's moves.

Marlinman noted that their title as Perfect Choujins was not for show only, and that he was perfect on ground battle as well. He used Fin Saw, which caused the fins around his neck to turn razor sharp and wounded Atlantis' arm, breaking the hold in the process.

After landing a body slam onto Atlantis, Marlinman grabbed hold of him,　ready to bring him into their water habitat...

"It seems like I have seized the initiative for this fight!" - Atlantis

And he used Water Technique - Mt. Saint Helens Eruption, causing blood to erupt from Marlinman's forehead.

That said. I still not buying on Atlantis winning this. 7 years ago, he could only win against Robin by utilizing a dirty trick involving Meat's body part.

And then there is Buffaloman trying to hide his Justice-choujinness.

actually blackbeard i think Marlinman/Atlantis will end in a draw and Kinnikuman will beat Peekaboo with either Muscle Spark or Kinniku Buster and Mountain will feel the Megaton King Drop

DNA testing was not a science that had been discovered at the time period Scramble for the Throne occured in.

But when you think about it for most of his time as a "Justice Chojin" he's always been just a borderline goodguy.

How many times has he actually faught alongside the Justice Chojin and not against other Justice Chojin? Remember his shinanigans during the Tag Arc?

of course, but right now in this arc? mourning his dead allies, calling them his comrades. (and this is a group that used that blood power thing back in the Seven Devils arc, in lieu of an actual 'Friendship Power'). right now Buffaloman's more like a Justice Choujin masquerading in a Devil skin, or maybe because he's acting more Justice now then in the examples you've listed. and I don't know why, but that's just too funny to me.

If Atlantis is going to win this, he has to snap off Marlinman's nose. That's a must or he'll keep getting shanked by it. I don't know what all they're going to do with Marlinman, as fishman choujin have been done by both Atlantis and Gepparland from Nisei, though Gepparlan disappointed me.

They were always the same person. Big the Budo was a persona Neptune King made on the spot, along with Mildman ofcourse, when he allied with Neptune Man to disguise the fact he's really the legendary Neptune King.
