They were always the same person. Big the Budo was a persona Neptune King made on the spot, along with Mildman ofcourse, when he allied with Neptune Man to disguise the fact he's really the legendary Neptune King.

I guess Strong the Budo ISN'T Neptune King this time because it would be really stupid to use the same disguise twice. Just saying.

We don'tknow anything about his identity yet, except that he uses a slightly different name, and has different powers.

Personally I think it's a bit too early to speculate about Strong The Budo's identity for now.

It could even be Robin Mask right now.

And oh my god Proteus.... That's just..... oh my god.... Ugh.... Now's the one time I wish Dalmatian didn't just get decapitated.

So... Just as I predicted, Marlinman torpedos at people with his spike nose. Atlantis can emit mist from the pores on his body, and His water Magnum is deflected by Marlin's tongue. It ends with Marlinman's spearnose hitting Atlantis in the neck, but it's stopped by his muscles and across his neck is a scar from when Robin Kicked him.

So it's a draw? at the end?

It doesn't look like it's over yet! This one is very different from the others in that nobody has really dominated yet. It's been a pretty even back-and-forth.

so, Robin can goes torpedo-mode against Atlantis with his spiked helmet, and Marlinman goes torpedo-mode with his nose. Just like the BH fight, some nice details repeat on the fight

Seems like I am late for the party this time...

Atlantis stated that when Saint Helens' Eruption ended, so was the opponent's life as he was drained off his blood. Trying to get away, Marlinman attempted to grab and pull Atlantis down with both hands, but that was within his expectation. He got down and stated that Perfect Choujins are indeed worthy foes, then landed a brain buster on Marlinman. But Marlinman was not down.

"Tch, I thought I could kill you with an attack! As expected from the Perfect Choujins! You'd better give me a good fight!" - Atlantis

Marlinman got to a corner and darted towards Atlantis with Flying Sword Fish. He managed to wound Atlantis back and front twice, but when Marlinman darted at him for the third time, Atlantis released his Atlantis Mist. Hiding within his own mist, Atlantis managed to foil Marlinman's attack. He then grabbed the latter and tried to slam him down the canvas, but Marlinman managed to maneuver himself.

"This bastard is quite skillful." - Atlantis

"Throws are useless against me." - Marlinman

Atlantis hid himself within Atlantis Mist, but this time Marlinman used Sword Fish Cutter, which managed to cut through the mist. With his opponent darting at him, Atlantis puffed up and used Water Magnum, only to have Marlinman diverting it with Marlin Airbag.

Marlinman dived into Thames River. With his pointy nose, he cut a circle on the canvas behind Atlantis, and grabbed him...

"Even if you don't like it, I'm gonna force you into the water." - Marlinman

While underwater, Marlinman landed a flurry of punches on Atlantis, and mocked him...

"It was originally my intention to use this Thames River on the leader of the Justice Choujin, Robin Mask! But now I understand from defeating you!" - Marlinman

"It seems like this Robin Mask is an incompetent Choujin to be defeated by the likes like you!" - Marlinman

And it angered Atlantis...

"For a rotten-to-the-core devil like me, I won't care whatever insults the opposition or crowds throw at me." - Atlantis

"But if they dare to spew out insults about my fight with that bastard Robin Mask, I'll make them stop!" - Atlantis

...causing him to land Marlinman with a side suplex. Recovering from the attack, Marlinman once again launched at Atlantis with Flying Sword Fish, telling the latter he wouldn't be able to use Atlantis Mist underwater.

"Yes, I've scored a hit!" - Marlinman

But even with his nose right at the throat, Atlantis was not bleeding...

"Only the skin part at the throat is too thick that I cannot pierce it...? - Marlinman

"While I take pride in not losing to the one who has caused me the most injuries since my debut, he has landed a single large wound on this throat, and was inflicted by Robin Mask at Shinobazu Lake 7 years ago in Japan!" - Atlantis

Oh, am I seeing some respect between Justice and Devil Choujins? Like, Atlantis can pass as a anti-hero compared to 7 years ago.

Now, unless Marlinman has other techniques up his sleeve, it seems like heading for the throat is not a choice. Perhaps he can go for the heart, but we still haven't seen any new trick for the first debuted fish guy.

I like how they are both very technical fighters - quick thinking and improvisation was always Atlantis's main skill. This fight could still go both ways, and is actually pretty exciting! I personally have a fondness for Atlantis, as I like fish monsters a lot.

Got the images. I have a feeling that this fight might end up as a tie, or Atlantis rips of Marineman's head off and show it to the audience just like what Atlantis did to Robin Mask, or Marineman will rip Atlantis' head off and show it to the audience.

That's awesome. I wish more of the fights resembled this, as opposed to the old Ricky Morton-styled match.

I will probably look like a d**k for this but it's really starting to bother me how everyone is so unwilling to think an old character would come back just because he changes his name a bit. NExt you'll be saying that's not Akuma Shogun, that we didnt see Black Hole fight just now and that Atlantas is someone else.

We don't know that for certain. And we've already given reasons for our suspicions that this Budo may not be Neptune King.

Like the fact that he's using weapons, and Neptune King & Man were stealing other chojin costumes to disguise themselves, and Budo was only Disguise #3 in his series of disguises, anyway.
