THere's one thing that's bothering me. Weren't there 100 thecniques at the end of the throne arc?
Also, will Peekaboo destroy the Muscle Spark? Then needing a brand new technique.
1. Yes. There were the 48-killer moves and the 52 submission holds.
2. I highly doubt it. The muscle spark is the greatest move that's been seen in Kinnikuman. It's only been countered by Phoenix twice, and those were from Ataru being have disappeared and from using Mariposa's Soft body form. But when he got his Burning Inner Strength back, it even destroyed that.
... as you can tell by my name, I'm a fan of the Muscle Spark, it's just that awesome.

Yeah, I said so because they talk about the Kame-hame's 48 killer techniques. I hope they don't forget the submission ones as I thought the new series would bring more use of them in an adult Suguru.1. Yes. There were the 48-killer moves and the 52 submission holds.

And about Muscle Spark, don't forget this is still shonen. There will be a new technique to be mastered through the arc.

Is it just my imagination? Or is Peekaboo's face becoming more and more mature looking as the match goes on? Maybe he is "maturing" the more moves he learns?
I think you're onto something there. His bib came off, his hood thing turned spikey and he grew eyebrows.

Phoenix only countered the Muscle Spark once, and that was using Mariposa's Soft body form. Ataru successfully landed the Muscle Spark on Phoenix, but he was already disappearing from existence by that point and Phoenix was quick to retaliate against the helpless Ataru. The muscle spark is the greatest move that's been seen in Kinnikuman. That's the same thing I've thought when I finished reading the chapter. No hood, ni bibe, eyebrowns. Is it just my imagination? Or is Peekaboo's face becoming more and more mature looking as the match goes on? Maybe he is "maturing" the more moves he learns?
As Budo said and as it always happens, Suguru ends up fighting the most dangerous choujin. Peekaboo will end up being as good as Kamehame or Phoenix, in a techinique level. Plus the strenght level of a perfect large number.
Don't forget Suguru always happens to beggin arcs fighting the most dangerous (Planetman, Pentagon, Sneagator) and then needing some rest.

They are supposed to be the strongest among strongest and Akuma Choujin are forced to die or get seriously injured using all they got to beat them, as Terryman did (who, let's not forget is almost equal to Suguru as we saw in their unfinished match).

Let's not forget Neptuneman was afraid of what could happen if Perfect Choujin were to come to Earth at the end of the Dream Tag Tournament.

i dunno about that i think if Kinnikuman used his KKD Terryman wouldnt be able to win but it was a good match wouldve been better if it were longer though

It's true and he did counter them and I accept that, but he was still powerless against the 70,000,000 power muscle spark. Plus Mantaro's Ataru edition was 1/2 of what ko'd the 5 disasters.

I dont think all Perfect Chojin are that strong. The Perfect Chojin who offered to help Neptuneman in the Time Chojin arc seemed pretty lame. A dying 60 year old Neptuneman killed two with one quarrel bomber and Thunder and Lightning made short work of a whole squad of them.

You see that in prowrestling all of the time, like with Kane, for instance. Monster heel, gets a lot of momentum... Then they use him as the measuring stick against up and comers to the point where he is being Worfed into mediocrity... They pull him off of tv for a month, and bring him back as if he never stopped being a badass, and fans buy it.
This kind of seems a little like that.
And, before you roast my nuts, I said "A little".

I didnt notice before, but the hearts on Peekaboo's wrists and shins have turned into diamonds.
I didn't even notice that. I noticed the Eyebrows and the hood, but not the shins. Did his way of speaking also change?

Though to be frank, practically everyone and their mothers know how to counter the Kinniku Buster.

I think that tells a lot about peekaboo, to be able to learn not just fast but without training or watching fights (as everybody does during te whole series, I mean).

After Buffaloman used it, Terryman tried it against the Asura Buster, but failed, then in Nisei Mars used it against mantaro.
