Well, Budo still has two henchmen left, which isn't exactly the greatest showing his faction could have given.

Turboman - stopping his damage-transference skill will be the toughest part of fighting him.

Crushman - powerful offense, but based entirely on his girders.

About Turboman, I think his Earth Unit power works more effectively on machine Chojins. Turboman explained that while a technique is to deal great damage to a foe, if one cannot control it properly, he will suffer from the recoil. Sure, chojins that are humans or flesh could change and adjust, but as we've seen before with Stecasse King being overloaded by Turboman, Warsman having a time limit before he overheats, Machine chojins' bodies aren't as strong and can easily be broken. Same with Turbinski, as his arms were broken off by Kevin's OLAP, where Mantaro only had his arm broken.

Thus, I say Turboman won't be as effective against Chojins that are flesh.

OR they could try a OHKO, no worries if Turboman takes more damage than he can absorb.

On the theory about Strong the Budo being Neptune King, I really admit the talking about ancient times got me for a moment, but then again, why didn't Neptune King use his uberoverpoweredimbalanced technique that takes away choujins powers on the Tag Team Arc?

Strong the Budo did say he gave neptuneman special attention like he did with peekaboo, that heavily suggests he is neptune king.

Yeah, we will know for sure about Budo one way or another. Interesting looking at which of his henchmen survived until round 2, too - he's lost so many of his disciples to outdated villains or recovering heroes that it's a wonder he doesn't feel ashamed!

Admittedly, with the revelations in this chapter, it is looking more like Strong the Budo really is Neptune King. The thing is, why the name change? Perhaps that will be explained very soon. Neptuneman should also be able to shed some insight as to what's going on.

I surmise the name change is just to reflect his incredible power/srength. It's nothing to dwell on too much.

Btw, you know how Budo is going on about losers having to die? I kinda recall every Akuma Chojin who lost ended up either being killed by their opponent or executed by Satan/Akuma Shogun afterwards... see where im going with this?

Actually no, but that Akuma Shogun might actually subscribe to the same beliefs as Budo. He might even have ties to the ancient perfects.

I distinctly remember Shogun decapitating/impaling those who failed him.

And, this is why we love him.
It would be great, to see a rematch between Akuma Shogun, and Suguru, especially with the advances that Yude has made on their actual match-time storytelling.

And that is why Neptuneman is a perrenial loser.

Arn Anderson rocks. Good analogy. Budo just needs to add a spine buster to his wrestling moves.

Well guys, you hit the jackpot: a heel-face turn and Buffaloman looking at Suguru with the pride of a father watching his son in the top. Just as predicted here.

Now that I think of it: We all know that the very ill Neptuneman is back to our time thanks to Chaos's sacrifice. Now: Should Neptuneman appear in this saga, in what timeline shall we put him? Nisei's or Kinnikuman I?

Looking forward to discover Big the Budo's real identitity.

BTW, haven't you seen this face among the crowd, saying "That's it, brother!"?

Posted Image

:woot: He took Kinnikuman Soldier's mask out, and then, the awful truth was revealed. If you see a green-haired hottie screaming "Darling no baka", tell her he's here waiting for action.

Jokes aside, a bit of trivia: Almost all our Kinnikuman dub team was the same as Rumiko Takahashi's Urusei Yatsura. For instance: Lum = Natsuko. Hence the silly joke.

Uhh, Nisei Neptuneman is in the future, Kinnikuman Resurrection is before Nisei but after the original series. Im not sure what your asking there about where to put Neptuneman. He already appeared at the start of this arc signing the peace summet on behalf ot the Perfects. Also the pacemaker Warsman created should have fixed Neptuneman's heart condition.

Speaking of Neptuneman, Im expecting him to show up with his own army of Perfects for a civil war with Budo.

True Perfects(Budo) = Victory or Death.
New Perfects(Neptuneman) = Experience from losing to worthy opponents.
