Question, Why is Nemesis not on top?

Because the ranking is relative to their positions at the pyramid ring.

Seriously, check it out.

I'm not following either.

I'm asking because Nemesis is obviously the new boss, so why isn't the boss at the top? Size doesn't matter, we've learned that from Mountain.

I have Buffaloman going over Polarman.
Nemesis over Robinmask.
Grim Reaper over Black Hole (BH is just too weathered at this point)
Brocken Jr over Crushman.
Marvelous over Ramenman.
Warsman over Turboman.
I think it's going to not be as much of a three way battle between the chojin factions. I am still clinging to the idea that the UM universe is still a part of the canon, with Buffaloman teaching at the Hercules Factory.

There is nothing that suggests Nemesis is the boss of anything. He just talks the most. Both he and Grim Reaper aknowledged that there is no way Budo is gone.

Personally, if any Justice Chojin are going to lose, i want them to be Robin and Ramenman, they've already got lots of wins under their belts, let's let Warsman and Brocken Jr notch up some more wins, they need to salvage their reputations at this point. Hopefully Geronimo and Wolfman will be afforded that opertunity later.

Still counting on Ataru showing up with rienforcments.

Chojin I don't see making it through this battle:

Blackhole
Turboman
Crushman

All 3 of these guys narrowly got by in their last victories. Blackhole, especially, is in the biggest trouble here seeing as how he's not at 100%; that makes him the easiest of pickings to deal with.

Even Springman will be lucky to progress further. The devil chojin that will make a real impact are Buffaloman and the 6 Devil Knights. But that's to be expected since they're of a higher caliber.

Guys...

Please, have you guys read the latest chapter?

It's nothing about power or sizes, it's about their positions on the pyramid rings.

See? That's why I wrote the matches on that order.

I've been thinking about it, if it's a three way war, then it's almost sure 6 akuma knight will come to fight.
That means either most of the seigi-akuma figthers are losing or there'd be more perfect to fight.

That said, it would be so cool to se a 3 tag team match (as Buffaloman, Ataru and Brocken Jr in the Throne Arc) with akuma choujin such as Planetman, Junkman and the Ninja.

I can say that I think Ramenman is going to lose here, such as Robin Mask, even though they are some of the most favorite characters in the polls.

@ironmask: I thought it was clear that Nisei is canon so far, and the Nisei Tag Team arc was the creation of an alternative universe.

Well, I beg your pardon!
I didn't realize my cognitive skills. or knowledge of Kinniku-Canon was that far off... A thousand apologies.
(/sarcasm)

I figure, a lot of how the UM universe looks, is going to start with it's shape now.
I see Robin and Ramen going out early as well, mainly because they are still around (and if the action gets too crazy, I expect casualties). I look for Brocken to advance, or at least have a brutal/career ending fight, that leaves him an alcoholic shell... As he was when UM started.

That said, I got a hunch that Brocken Jr would lose and end up being a drunk just like in Nisei.

Given that each new Kinnikuman issue is released on 11:00 pm Sunday on my timezone, I might not be able to work on it in time. So please wait patiently, folks.

Just like how Big the Budo and other supermen have one disguise and sometimes more (Termed as "overbody" in Kinnikuman), Polarman might just be a stronger entity than Nemesis under that bear skin.

Edit: Coined when Big the Budo casted off his disguise as Mildman, where he went "That's but my OVERBODY!"

I know that Ramenman will do just fine in his upcoming fight, and so will Brocken Jr. & Buffaloman
If Robin Mask fights Jack Tea, he might have a difficult time, but he'll probably win. If Robin Mask fights Nemesis, he's going to get his ass handed to him.
Well, if Black Hole loses this upcoming fight, I just hope that they won't kill him.
I'm very worried about Warsman, if he fights against Turboman, he's going to end up like Ste-Casse King.
I'm really looking forward to seeing Springman die.

And then Polarman was Mammothman...

I also predict Grim Reaper is currently wearing an Overbody, and his true form is more fitting to his name.

Cant Chojin earn life again in the underworld by succeeding in some kind of trial? Or just outright escaping? For the Akuma's, Shogun probably just personally revives them.

yeah neptuneman escaped but thats partially because he was revived illegally but most choujins can be revived by going through a trial thats how Warsman returned in the Throne Arc albeit with his memory erased

Spoiler

So far, the match-up

Buffaloman vs Turboman
Robin Mask vs Nemesis
Brocken Jr vs Crushman

Two matches guessed right for the 3 matches, but this battle can still go anywhere.

It will be a reactor vs a charger with Buffaloman and Turboman. Will Turboman be able to absorb all the brute strength from the 10 million power plant?

Nemesis seems to be a technique fighter just like Phoenix. And against the obvious boss character right now, it's hard to consider Robin winning...

It's tough decision for Brocken vs Crushman. So far, we haven't seen anything that is an ultimate technique from Crushman yet.

Also, regarding Springman's remark over Brocken Jr being "an immature hack". A hack here is being one with great potential, so it's unsure to say whether it's a nicely concealed compliment.

Edit: It would be hilarious if Warsman was pitted against Polarman.

Decided match-ups:

As much as I like Turboman, I do not see him taking down a comrade-avenging Buffalo, nor being kept in the game for three matches or longer.

By the same token, Brocken will probably defeat Crushman.

Robin losing to Nemesis is almost a foregone conclusion.

Undecided match-ups:

Ramenman will probably win/draw against Marvelous.

Black Hole is likely to face Grim Reaper in a "battle of illusions" and lose (BH has already won a match).

Warsman will almost certainly fall to Polarman in a bear claw tussle, since Polarman has not yet had the opportunity to complete the Double Kinniku Buster. Also, I like how Polarman refers to fighting as "playing."

Springman should fare well vs. Jack Tea if for no other reason than him being an established character, and I cannot imagine how Yude would keep Jack Tea interesting for more than one match.

Wow. Buffaloman vs Turboman? Did not expect that. Warsman vs Polarman, like what happened with Mammothman? I'm not too confident in Warsman if that happens. Who all has Warsman won against? He's beated Teapackman, Pentagon, Ramenman, and Manriki, but he lost against powerhouses like Kinnikuman, Buffaloman, Mammothman, and against the hell's missionaries. He seems to have trouble fighting against guys that are bigger to him. Have him fight Reaper! But not Jack Tea, because water will damage him probably.

Im hoping Brocken and Warsman win their matches, those two are overdue for some more wins after all the worffing they got in the original series. I want Springman to win only because the Akuma's are so behind right now. IM also going to maintain my prediction that Grim Reaper and Polar Man are wearing disguises and Polar Man is going to be Mammothman. Warsman vs Mammothman, think about it for a moment.
