Grim Reaper's costume resembles an extremely stylized Catholic Ecclesiastical uniform. You know, bits and pieces of clerical vestments from priests, monks, friars, cardinals, or whatever. That hat resembles a generally-outdated Ecclesiastical hat, after all.

I thought Grim Reaper looked to have a Chinese theme. And yes, I expect Turboman being taken down here, and Springman bowing out to the sidelines so Buffaloman can take on Grim Reaper.

I Believe you are referring to a Changshan, which is the male version, and the Cheongsam, which is the female version. I figured it out by googling Lau from Kuroshitsuji.

Only moreso. In Dragon Ball Z, people usually at least stay dead until after the fight is done. On Kinnikuman... well, yeah. "I'm back! Is Mixer still in the ring?"

Im pretty sure Chojin can complete a trial in the underworld to regain their life. I dont think the rules on this were ever really explained. Also Akuma Shogun can revive his minions at will.

Despite the fact that I hate Springman because he killed Wolfman, I did shed a tear when he died.

I agree with you, judging by the expression of Grim Reaper's face, it looks like Turboman is not done yet.

Man, remember when I said that Turboman needed to do really well? Because if he didn't (like Crushman in his second fight), it would look bad on all the Perfects? Well, he's working out nicely now.

A bit of speculation. What if Grim Reaper becomes stronger when Turboman dies? Surely he is named Grim Reaper for a reason, and you may have noticed Reaper does not look exactly dismayed that Turboman is close to being defeated. He looked rather pleased when Turboman took Buffaloman's horns to the chest.

Also, it's either a small art error, or Turboman's eyes have gone dark in his last panel, possibly indicating he's about to expire.

"That's right, Springman. That's the rules of the Devil Choujins. I'll tag along with you till the end!" - Buffaloman

And so, the Diabolos charged at Turboman with a Long-horn Train.

"Such an old rusty train..." - Turboman

Turboman leaped and only grazed by the legs from the attack.

"You're just an old train that is out of its service life after all. I'm going to enjoy this." - Turboman

"Out of service life? Don't make me laugh. While it's true that I've lost the elasticity of my spring body, your turbo-charge has strengthened my footwear! My Long-horn Train with Buffaloman is the Most Super Express!" - Springman

The Diabolos took a sharp turn and rammed straight onto Turboman, sending him flying.

"What the!? He took a U-turn!!" - Kinnikuman

"It's a Long-horn Train in successive run!" - Meat

"Even the 20 Million Power has not attempted this stunt!" - Terryman

"Not yet! I will make sure to kill you!" - Springman

The Diabolos made another U-turn, but this time Turboman was prepared. He activated his Revolver Glove and performed Turbin Chop on the duo. However, the attack proved too much for him, as he was sent flying with his left revolver shattered. Springman turned once again, but his legs started to crack in the process.

"Urgh!" - Springman

"Springman, you're-!" Buffaloman

"Don't fret about it. Let's go, partner!" - Springman

"Posyuu, do you think you can defeat this Perfect Choujin with such technique!? Revolver Fin!" - Turboman

By now, Springman's legs started to crumble.

"Gegh! Do you see this, Stecasse!? This shall be..." - Springman

"Springman!" - Kinnikuman

"Spring!" - Buffaloman

"St-stecasse, this shall be... our parting gift to you!!" - Springman

Springman's legs totally dispersed, sending his partner flying towards Turboman. Both Long-horn and Revolver Fin crashed together, with Buffaloman piercing Turboman in the chest. The announcer noted that Buffaloman's Hurricane Mixer has won, however...

"No, the one that has defeated Revolver Fin... is the Death Course Long-horn Train from Diabolos!" - Buffaloman

"W-wait, Buffaloman... I-I am one of the Perfect Large Number. I will accomplish Perfect Miss-..." - Turboman

As Turboman struggled to his feet, his remaining revolver broke. Cracking sounds were heard from his head, and soon his eyes blackened out.

"Turboman is dead!" - Terryman

"They did it! Buffaloman and Springman has defeated Turboman!" - Kinnikuman

Buffaloman stood before his fallen partner...

"Kekeke. So I have taken revenge for Stecasse..." - Springman

"Yeah." - Buffaloman

"I-if I would be reborn once again... I wanted to be a shiny new toy superman... and tag with you once again..." - Springman

"No, you're just perfect with your spring body." - Buffaloman

"I-it's a promise then. Let's tag again... Koff!" - Springman

"Sp-speak no more..." - Buffaloman

"Ke-kekeke... We'll leave the rest to you... our prided... captain..." - Springman

"!! Springmaaaaannn!!" - Buffaloman

Damn, I wouldn't expert to shed a tear off a Devil Choujin. Still, this must be the strongest Long-horn Train ever to be used like Hurricane Mixer Death Course.

@umgogo: Ah, Itou Junji. Who tends to either be a hit-or-miss in creepiness. Though I think more these when I think Springman and Turboman (Which is funny when they are in the same game too.)

HMMMM, I wonder... Megaman 7 had Junkman, Springman and Turboman - coincidentally, the only game to share names with this manga. Is there some Kinniku influence?

Once again I find myself disappointed in the Perfect Large Numbers' performance. Honestly, at this point this entire arc feels like an attempt to make some of the old cast look better by allowing them to prevail over arrogant but ultimately simplistic and uninspired villains.

Perfect Tear - ruined Max Radial's own body when used on the bare-chested Terryman

Perfect Tooth - the Speckle Control was more interesting than this Sneagator knock-off, but this was IMO the most intriguing match so far

Perfect Fear - the face on Peek-a-Boo's chest held promise, as did his aptitude, but "simply use basic moves" was not exactly an ingenious counterstrategy, especially as Peek had already learned a few fundamentals by then. Also, I would have preferred for Peek to be a Psychopathic Manchild through and through (to the point where every other Perfect except Budo would be unnerved by him).

Perfect Crush - left Crushman wide open to a simple fast attack

Perfect Sting/Pierce, Perfect Rise and Perfect Scald - functional but extremely generic

Perfect Mission - Turboman seemed almost overpowered in the Stecasse King fight (did the Turbo Charger absorb damage or just accumulate energy? either way, Turboman took several high-powered attacks and easily overloaded Stecasse). I expected him to "absorb" the Longhorn Train and take out Diabolos in a "Perfect Suicide Mission", but no such luck.

Well, Turboman took down two heroes, only being defeated because of Buffaloman's intervention.

But yeah, most of the Perfects have fizzled out pretty fast. I agree - more of them need to rack up wins or SOMETHING. And we only have three left, four if Budo comes back. Budo's also lost most of his badass cred by falling for Mountain's suicide attack, even if he survived it (as he probably did).
